Right off Highway 321, the 6-acre secluded property is conveniently located in a sparse, clean and quiet neighborhood that you barely see other houses or people. It is part of Gatlinburg, a gateway to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Super close to all the attractions, groceries, gas stations, sports facilities, community center, library, shopping strip, restaurants.
Right off Highway 321, it takes a few seconds to enter the private driveway with a welcome sign. It’s gravel driveway, with both covered parking (carport) and open parking space for 4-5 vehicles.

Check-in details and passwords will be emailed to you the day prior to your arrival. Please make sure your email address with Airbnb is up to date. There are two independent cabins on this 6-acre property, with each having own privacy and unique themes and characteristics. Cabin A is a two-story structure overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. The other is Cabin B, a single story structure also overlooking the mountains. During your stay, you have the sole access to both cabins as you have booked. No other people including the host will enter the cabins unless there is an emergency situation like fire disaster or you call for assistance. Like any other Airbnb cabins or hotels, guests must be comfortable with exterior security cameras (1 at the far driveway entrance, 1 for each cabin areas). The purpose of the cameras is to detect wild fires, wild animals as well as to deter trespassing. There is no other camera installed on the property or inside the cabins. The laundry & utility room is shared and located on the basement of Cabin A. You also have reserved parking space. The cabin allows a maximum of 10 individuals. Reservation would be cancelled if unannounced extra guests arrive without proper notice to the host. No drug, no smoking/vaping. Firearms must remain off the property, guests are free to keep them in their own vehicles. With the maximum weight capacity, the furniture (bed frame, mattress, sleep couches) can only support individuals with each approximately less than 250 lbs. Please do not disturb the nature - including plants and wildlife animals. No outside burning due to the government ban from October to May. While you go out to have fun in the Great Smokies, please remember to lock the exterior doors and windows to prevent wildlife animals from entering the cabin. No trash should be left outside because it attracts bears (additional $150 per instance cleaning fees applies for leaving trash outside during active Bear seasons). If trash bins are full, please notify the host who will take care of it right away. Guests, if due to their own fault, are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items during their stay. No animal or fish skinning in the cabins or on the property. Guests, if due to their own fault, are responsible for the repair cost of the clogged kitchen sink drain, bathroom sink drain, shower drain and toilet drain, and the financial impact on the next guest group(s). If consumed, wines and alcoholic beverages will be charged $30/bottle. Bottled waters and coffee are free. Please help keep the place clean and organized for next guests. Please lock all the exterior doors and close the windows when you check out. The host and cleaning crew will take care of trash, shower towels and linens for you. Failure to check out by 11 AM will incur $150/hr fees to cover the operation cost of the hired cleaning team. Note that the host reserves rights to cancel the reservation if house rules are not being followed. We are a small family business, we take greatest pride in serving wonderful guests from diverse backgrounds and around the world; for this mission, we are not in a position, unfortunately, to accommodate those who feel entitled or their plan is to game the Airbnb system and get free stays or unjustified refund by finding faults with everything.
