Living room with fold-out cupboard double bed (2x 80x200cm), sofa (3s), armchairs, TV, dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace to the south. Small semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Hall with wardrobe in the entrance area.

Parking space and covered bicycle stand at the house. Free Wi-Fi (hotplot).

Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage. Leider ist die Wohnung für die maximale Belegung mit 4 Personen sehr eng.. Die Möblierung ist sehr veraltet und zusammengewürfelt. Die Türen des Schlafzimmerschranks sind kaum zu schieben. Das ist für den Preis nicht angemessen.

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Ortsbus sind wir überall hin gekommen.

Die Wohnung hatte einige Mängel. Beide Handtuchhalter waren kaputt. Das Spülbecken ist sehr unvorteilhaft angebracht und nur durch lange Arme erreichbar. Die Heizung funktionierte nur sporadisch. Es gibt auch keine Anleitung. Auf die Reklamation bei der Agentur kam leider keine Abhilfe. Im Schlafzimmer ist erst gar keine Heizung. Und bei der Kälte sehr unangenehm. Auf dem Ohrensessel konnte man sehr schlecht sitzen und ausklappen lies er sich auch nicht.
