Bella Vista Blu is a stylishly furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a new kitchen. The house is located in a secluded community at the foot of the volcano "Montana roja", above Playa Blanca. The entrance of the community is secured by a gate with access code. High walls make the property secluded and give you the greatest possible privacy. The lovingly landscaped garden with its typical plants, the shady patio and the large, covered terrace offer a variety of places to stay. The heated pool (28 degrees) guarantees year-round a great bathing pleasure. The new kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, etc. In the living area, the large window fronts with sliding doors make the house appear bright and friendly. On hot days, the living area can be opened wide on both sides, so that a light wind ensures a comfortable temperature. In the living area and in bedroom 1, if required, the air conditioning can be switched on (for a fee). Bedroom 1 (double bed 1.60m) has a bathroom en suite, a large closet and can be completely darkened. Bedroom 2 (2 beds a 0,90m), also has a built-in wardrobe and can be completely darkened. Bedroom 3 "Studio" (double bed 1,60m) is located between the entrance area and the patio, slightly off the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. This bedroom also has a sofa, a work desk and a wardrobe, as well as privacy blinds that do not completely darken the room.
Good to know: On your arrival the house is professionally cleaned and the beds are made. Cleaning / hand and bath towels / sheets / bath towels are included. For stays of 8 nights or more, you will receive a full linen change. By satellite, German television programs can be received. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The pool is cleaned 1-2 times a week. A German speaking care on site takes care of all concerns. A barbecue and pizza is available. A rental car is recommended because the house is a bit off the beaten track of Playa Blanca. A private parking space is available to the right of the entrance.
