Enjoy your Vacation in our luxurious Caribbean Villa featuring 2 KING MBR's w/ en - suite baths & 1 QUEEN Suite with private bath. In addition, an efficiency Guest House is available for requests of accommodations over 6. (Guesthouse w/kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator, & shower is rented separately, as needed)

Our ‘Sand an’ Sea’ Villa (SO NAMED FOR IT’S CHOSEN COLORED DECOR THROUGHOUT) ) is located in the secure, gated community of Tierra Del Sol, & the prestigious GOLF, TENNIS & FITNESS SPA resort community in Aruba. We are minutes away from several spectacular beaches: Arashi, Boca Catalina Cove, Malmok & the world-famed Eagle Beach.

The villa accommodations are paradise -themed bedrooms:
2 KING MASTER En-suite bedrooms - the ‘PALM' room and the ‘ISLAND’ room. Our 3rd villa bedroom is the QUEEN ‘SEASHELL’ bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. All bedrooms have 40" Smart TV’s w/ mini split inverter air conditioners, for your night’s comfort. Our luxurious bedding provides 18"pillow-top mattresses, down pillows and 600 thread - count sheets. The two KING en-suites have double vanities & feature travertine tile & dual-head shower fixtures.
Each of the master bedrooms flow freely & provide access to the outdoor pool/gazebo area.

There are custom blinds, & draperies for privacy, & windows/doors w/ retractable screens on all to enjoy those tropical 🌴 breezes!

Our new gourmet kitchen boasts an ‘island-sized’ 9’ granite -topped island, for meal preps, dining, or just simply gathering, & offers every amenity you could want... a 30" deep stainless sink, Groehe faucet, LG appliances & Cuisinart small appliances in the spacious 20x17' kitchen, with seating for 6+. It has a new LG inverter 24 cu' refrigerator w/ ice maker, on-demand filtered water window, & french split door-in-door easy- access panels.
Our stainless inverter DW is exceptionally quiet and our 5 burner stainless convection stove is a joy to cook on... well, occasionally!
There is a separate AVANTI 35 capacity wine bottle refrigerator (WOW! 🍷) and new stackable, energy efficient, Electrolux Washer & Dryer appliances.

The LR is equipped with luxurious Italian Leather sofa & loveseat, an oversized comfy rattan- armed chair, a 55' 4k LG- TV, Netflix and SONY DVD player with a DVD library and a fun selection of games!

An 8’ sliding glass door leads to our back living area which features our custom pool, an open-air pergola, a vaulted & covered gazebo with a large round TEAK dining table seating 6+ & an amazing overhead chandelier which dims to perfection while enjoying romantic evening meals! A BBQ for grilling, & refrigerator w/wet bar & blender is there for your extended Happy Hour!

The stone & marble pool CABANA area has comfortable teak chaise loungers, a ‘sit-in-the -sun’ table/chairs, & an authentic thatched -roof palapa for a shady poolside respite…all surrounded by bamboo palms, cactus 🌵& other tropical s🌴🌺 🌸🌺. 🌴
There is a fun outdoor shower for that ‘open-air experience’ after a refreshing swim…aaaah Tranquilo !
Our pool lights display a 🌈 of colors & can be turned on & off easily…enjoy the light show!

Enjoying Aruba

Our stay at Tierra Del Sol Sand n' Sea Villa was incredible. We would not want anything different. Everything was clean and well maintained. We spent a vast majority out back either in the pool or in one of the many seating options. What was nice about the seating options was some were in direct sun light some in the shade, some in partial shade. The Island Sisters are wonderful hosts. They truly care that you have a great vacation in Aruba. Thank you Island Sisters hope to visit you next year

Family vacay Tierra del sol

This villa is amazing. It has everything you could desire from a family vacation spot. Communication with the owners was great and easy. The pool and outdoor living space just draw you outside and make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The gated community leaves you feeling secure. It is in close proximity to many of the great beaches. I would go back and also recommend this property to anyone (friends or family) without hesitation. Thank you straw-hat sisters.

Amazing villa with exceptional outdoor living space!

Aruba is like no other place. There is a reason they call it “The Happy Island" but what made our trip even better was the amazing house we called home. Angela and Nora have gone above and beyond with the amenities and making guest feel welcome. They have taken extra steps in making sure guest are well informed not only with the villa but with amazing experiences on the island. Our family can’t wait to return and call the place home (at least for a week) once again. Thank you for everything you did to make the trip our best vacation yet.

Beautiful Villa in a Gated Community close to the beaches

The Sand N’ Sea villa in Tierra Del Sol was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in while we enjoyed our week in sunny Aruba! It was exactly as advertised! The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis after a long day at the beach! Angela was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Perfect in every way.

This house is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, equipped with everything you could need or want for an island vacation. Our hosts were extremely accessible and helpful. They even welcomed us with champagne and snacks. Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Aruba.

Great house and location

We stayed at Angela and Nora's property over the Christmas holiday, and had a great time. House was well-stocked and the pool area and backyard were fabulous. Only minor issue was that one of the master bedrooms had a shower with a difficult-to-use handle that probably needs to be replaced. But that's a super minor issue and we would highly recommend!

Wonderful trip

This home is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of the island. It was lovely to get back from the beach and spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. We experienced a few issues with communication and mechanical failures (washing machine leak and a faulty circuit breaker rendered the Palm bedroom without air conditioning for most of the trip) but the owners refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great vacation to Aruba and we had an amazing time.

Sand n' Sea Paradise

What an amazing week we had and this house provided everything we needed. Five Stars is not enough. From the beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen to the pool. This house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had and Cap, the local property manager, was awesome to work with. Thank you for sharing your island paradise with us and we will definitely be back!

Aruba Again!!!

A very well appointed villa from the washrooms, to the bedrooms, to the covered patio and a must have pool. Location is fantastic being an easy drive to great beaches, excellent grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Ten days was not enough and we look forward to renting this villa again. Absolutely wonderful!

This property was everything promised and more! It was exceptionally clean and filled with every modern convenience you could imagine! Angela was there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome with special valentine treats and a thorough walk-through of the house. The Island decor throughout the house was delightful, with no detail overlooked (even mood lighting in every room). We felt "at home" immediately, enjoying our morning coffee under the Divi tree (listening to the many birds) and lounging by the pool throughout the day. All in all, this was truly an exceptional vacation experience and we hope to return!

Wonderful property

We loved the more residential aspect of the island provided Tierra del Sol. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for going out and staying in. Beach chairs, a cooler and plenty of beach towels were especially appreciated. The backyard was our favorite area in which to spend time. Overall, a great property for friends or family to share.

Fantastic Stay!

The house was as billed. Everything we could possibly want. The house is well equipped if you want to cook and well located if you want to eat out. Nice walk to the beach. We have been coming to Aruba for 16 years with our children. This was the perfect next step for a family with 2 grown kids. Communication with Angela and Nora was easy and they were accommodating and helpful. We plan to be back.

Awesome Week!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners clearly take pride in their home and it shows. The pool area was like a private resort with multiple seating and dining areas and plenty of shade. Proximity to the beach and restaurants couldn't have been better.

This property was as advertised. It had every accommodation listed and more. Everything worked perfectly. I reached out to Angela and Nora about a few things upon arrival and they responded immediately. They even had the pool cleaned again even though it was cleaned earlier in the week according to schedule. It was a little dirty due to the storms prior to our arrival. Every need was met and they even checked in from time to time to check on us and suggest on restaurants and activities. The communication was great. We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks!

Great house for family

I stayed at the property for a week with my family and the four of us had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room to spread out and lots to do. The house had so many of the things you would need, that we really did not need to bring anything with us but the very basics. We spent a good amount of time late in the afternoons outside in the backyard by the pool and it was nice and quiet with cool breezes keeping us comfortable. We loved it!

We had a great stay - the house was perfect, both in location and amenities. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better stocked rental home, with more dishes, glasses, towels, supplies, and added extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Communication was excellent and service above-and-beyond, providing us with both an early check in and a late check out. We all hope to be back again soon!

Incredible to say the least!

Property is located in a very safe gated community of Tierra Del Sol. Golf club is 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Home was very well furnished and lacked nothing. Kitchen has enough dishes to easily serve 10 people. Property is beyond clean. Pool was perfect, plenty of lounge chairs, beautiful outside dining area under the rear lanai area. We have a separate Guest house apartment with kitchenette & full size refrigerator. It offers a comfortable 1 Queen bed & 1 spacious bath with a luxurious marble shower & 48" vanity. It is a spacious bathroom with functional window & blind and an overhead ceiling fan! The Guest house also comes with a custom kitchenette with full size refrigerator, and micro- broiler & Cuisinart Griddler & coffee pot, dishes & set of Henkel knives. It is air conditioned with a 24k split inverter AIRCO, a 55" LG TV. The double closets and dresser has 4 large drawers.

*The Dutch door entry and private 10x12' trellised, shaded courtyard, can be rented for your additional guests, if desired. It is not available as a separate rental when the villa is occupied with Guests.

We are privately located at the end of the road in the Las Campeonas neighborhood on the end of a cul de sac in the TDS resort. There are 2 Indonesian TIKI Lights to greet you at our entry, and our villa is set upon a spacious 900m3 amidst manicured grounds; mandevilla trellises, cactus beds, palm trees & floral trees.
