Enjoy your holidays from day one! Our luxurious holiday home "Vineta 273" is located directly in the dunes, only about 50 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea. Here you have a fantastic backdrop of forest, dunes, beach and sea. The house has about 80 square meters of living and usable space on 2 levels and offers space for 4 - 6 people. It is lovingly furnished with a cozy sitting area with woodburning stove and an inviting dining area in the bay window. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, etc. The spacious wellness area with whirlpool and sauna meets even the highest demands. On the ground floor there is also one of the two bedrooms. A staircase leads to the open, light-flooded gallery with a sitting area and the second bedroom. Even in the cold season, the house offers all comfort. It is equipped with electrical iFußbodenheizung, stove and zus. Electric heaters.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.

- Herrlich zum Entschleunigen -

Ich war mit zwei Freundinnen in einem dieser wunderschönen Häuser zu Gast. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Baabe sehr genossen. Auf der einen Seite der Wald, auf der anderen die Ostsee, perfekt. Eine Fahrt mit dem Rasenden Roland zur Seebrücke in Binz ist einen Ausflug wert. Im Kaufhaus Stolz kann man Mega toll shoppen :-)).In der Unterkunft findet sich alles, was man braucht und noch mehr wie z.Bsp. Whirlpool und Sauna. Sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet.Ich sage nur so viel : Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht… :-)).Danke für alles an die Besitzer und alle, die uns diese tolle Auszeit ermöglicht haben.

Erholung am Meer, im Ferienhaus mit Sauna und Whirlpool.Am Anreisetag war das Haus etwas ausgekühlt. Nach dem Anheizen des Kamins wurde es dann aber warm.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Ende des Ferienparks

Das Ferienhaus ist praktisch und komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Zur Ostsee ist es direkt über die Düne Die Sauna ging nur auf 70 Grad hochzuheizen. Aber das war für uns noch ok. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöne Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet für das Kochen zu Hause, die es sehr einfach mit meinem Kleinkind gemacht.

Familienurlaub am Meer

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Ein oder zwei Liegen für den Außenbereich haben wir jedoch vermisst. Wir waren zu viert aber auch mit 6 Personen hätte man ausreichend Platz im Haus gehabt. Die Lage war super und der tolle Strand war nach wenigen Gehminuten erreicht.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist schön und die Lage ist klasse. Check-In war aus eigener Schuld etwas holprig. Man findet wichtige Informationen von FEWO & MEHR nicht in der App von FEWO direkt. Hatte die Mails übersehen und in der App vergeblich gesucht. Es gab im Bad ein paar Sauberkeitsmängel. Abfluss der Dusche schlecht, Sand wurde hochgedrückt und am Duschkopf rieselte Kalk runter. Das Haus ist in kälteren Jahreszeiten nicht ganz optimal. Es ist eben ein Holzhaus, dass nur über Strom beheizt wird oder man hat Holz für den Karmin.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in bester Lage fast direkt am Strand. Auch bei kalten Temperaturen ist es dank Kamin und Sauna sehr behaglich.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft, obwohl es doch sehr kühl war. Da die Heizung als Fußbodenheizung nur mit Strom betrieben wird und es keine Wärmepumpe gibt hat das ordentlich Nebenkosten ergeben obwohl wir Abends zusätzlich Decken gebraucht haben. Da wäre es nett gewesen, wenn der Vermieter gefragt hätte ob das Haus bei der Anreise warm sein soll. So kamen wir in ein völlig ausgekühltes Haus an (Außentemperatur um 0 °C). Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt, ist dann allerdings FKK, der Textilstrand ist dann doch ein Stück weiter. Der Service ist gut erreichbar und schnell vor Ort um nötige Dinge zu erledigen.

Nettes Haus in toller Lage

Unkomplizierter Check Inn, von der Ausstattung her hat nichts gefehlt, Sauna und Kamin sind im Februar ein tolles Zusatzpaket, der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus
