Welcome to Bait a Line and Wine! A unique style townhome that offers four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms with a great view of the canal! The main entrance is located on the second floor that opens up into the living and dining area. You'll love the open concept which allows you to enjoy your own space while soaking up family time. While relaxing in the living and dining area, you can open up the door to the private balcony which leads to the large sundeck and view of the canal. Just around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen that offers stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you need to cook meals with the family. Right off the kitchen are the stairs that lead to three bedrooms on the third floor. When you make your way down to the first floor, go through the living room balcony door and down the steps to the lower level deck. You will find the mother in law suite that includes the fourth bedroom. This suite offers it’s own entrance, space, serenity and access to the garage. CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
