About this property
Rest and enjoy in Trennfeld am Main
The property is located in the center of Triefenstein's Trennfeld district. Due to its location on the corner of Hauptstraße / Mittlere Maingasse, it is less than a minute to the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, a living area, a small kitchenette and a bathroom. You can easily park your car in the yard behind the house.
Some more information about the community of Triefenstein:
Triefenstein is located between the Spessart and the Main and invites you to linger.
The municipality of Markt Triefenstein was formed in 1978 in the course of the area reform from the then independent districts of Homburg, Lengfurt, Rettersheim and Trennfeld. The name of the Triefenstein monastery, which was first mentioned in 1102 and originally belonged to Trennfeld, was finally chosen as the community name. The monastery, in which brothers lived until 1803, was built in the 2nd World War II used as a military hospital and finally fell into the possession of the Prince of Löwenstein. In 1986 it was acquired by the Brotherhood of Christ. It renovated it and today it is often used for reflection and retreat days. Unfortunately, it is not open to the public.
Every year in July there is an open house and every two years an open air concert in the castle courtyard.
