The sparkling wine is ready. Nice, newly furnished apartment right on the lake with its own rowboat and paddle boat 🚣. For 3 guests only. Elegant domicile for sophisticated demands. The house is at the end of Apenrader Straße, almost dead end, very quiet. 30 m away is a beautiful new playground. Ideal place to watch wild birds. The apartment: Lake view is over 45 m2 with 1 1/2 bedrooms, 2 TVs, chic kitchen and modern bathroom. Senseo, dishwasher, WiFi, 25 m2 roof terrace furnished with 2 garden loungers and sitting area. The house has a garden with a lawn, barbecue, boat dock, ideal for swimming and fishing or just chilling out. A beautiful footpath leads after 1.3 km to the charming city center of Plön, where some shops are open even on Sundays in summer. Plön is a perfect destination for an excursion to get to know Kiel, Eutin, Malente and the Baltic Sea coast. The Plön castle. The Princes' Island, cinema, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, mini golf, boat tours, bike tours, it never gets boring. In summer it is wonderful for swimming, rowing, fishing or just enjoying the view of the lake.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Schönes Appartement in super schöner Lage. Gute Ausstattung (gemütliche Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen). Große Dachterasse. Nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Diese Lage ist ein Traum

Uns erwartete eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die gesamte Ausstattung war bestens, bis hin zu kleinen Details für die Küche, wie z.B. einen Eierpickser. Prunkstück der Wohnung ist aber sicherlich die ca. 30 qm große Dachterrase ausgestattet mit Loungemöbeln und herrlichem Blick auf den Trammer See. Umgeben von Natur pur und inmitten einer reinen Wohngegend haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Erholung pur genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Dachterasse

Alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine steht im Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Blick aus dem Fenster und von der Dachterasse ist Urlaubsfeeling pur. Komunikation mit der Vermieterin erfolgt immer zeitnah. Steg am Wasser allerdings ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tolle Radtouren sind in jeder Richtung möglich. Regenschutz für mitgebrachte Fahrräder mitbringen, da unterstellen nur im Freien möglich soweit erkennbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder

Idylle am See

Die Ferienwohnung liegt absolut ruhig in traumhafter Lage oberhalb vom Trammer See, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll modern. Absolutes highlight ist die Terrasse, von der man abends einen tollen Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Man hört das Entengeschnatter und Vogelgezwitscher und ansonsten keine Geräusche…traumhaft!

Wunderschön

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit dem Highlight: der große Balkon, von dem man einen traumhaften Blick über den See hat. Ideal zu zweit oder auch mit einem Kind, welches ein eigenes kleines Schlafzimmer hat. Alles was man in einer Wohnung so braucht ist vorhanden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Aussicht!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock mit direkten Blick auf den Trammer See ist einzigartig. Dank des milden Herbstwetters konnten wir so manche Stunde auf der herrlichen Dachterrasse verbringen und dann bei einem Glas Rotwein den Sonnenuntergang genießen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung völlig unkompliziert. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die langen Spaziergängen um die vielen Seen der Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Innenstadt mit der Fußgängerzone ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten auf schönen, ruhigen Wegen bequem zu erreichen. Das Schloss, der Park, die Promenade am See und die vielen hübschen alten Häuser laden dort zum Entdecken ein. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Seeblick am Trammer See sehr wohl gefühlt, sagen Dankeschön und kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.
