LOCATION!!! <br> COZY 2BR ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH

WHISPERING SANDS
2Bedroom Condo w/ 1 Queen bed & 1 double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed (Sleeps 6) max.
Our condo is at Whispering Sands in Garden City across the street from the beach and is about 5-10 miles South of Myrtle Beach. It is a little quieter, but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Myrtle. We are just a short walk to the Garden City Pier and the famous Sam’s Corner and Arcade.
Bands play at the end of the Garden City Pier on the weekends. Murrells Inlet is close by too….you can catch some kayaking or have dinner at Drunken Jacks or the Dead Dog Saloon! These are just a few of our favorites. As you can probably tell, we love it there! We would love to share it with you and your family.

Golf cart rental available if interested, discussed after checking in for rates.

Most of our guests bring linens, but linens can be added if desired.

This is a first floor unit with parking underneath the building.

July Fourth get-away
This property was very clean and included everything we needed for our long weekend stay. It was a close walk to the Garden City Pier area, and was right across the street from the public beach access. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating. Parking was a little tight but it was a very busy weekend. Our host was very accommodating, and the price was reasonable for the 4th of July holiday weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Location is great!
Literally walking across the street to the beach is the best thing about this property! The condo is cute but small, was a great get away for two friends. The host is extremely responsive, available and friendly. Keep in mind that first floor means two staircases up from the parking on the ground level, and there are two stairs down from the bedrooms to the living area, so the condo is not all one level.

Not what we expected.
We scheduled this unit based on no pets, no smoking. The unit next door had a dog that barked during the evening/night hours. The parking was very tight as well. We scheduled the unit for 4 nights, we left after the 1st. Night and found another place for the remainder of our vacation, meaning we paid double for our vacation. After sending a message thru vrbo, the property owner never contacted me to discuss our concerns or discussing a partial refund. I sent a couple more messages and no one has yet to respond.

Great place for our short stay!
We found this property after deciding to head back to Garden City for a Monday through Friday vacation rather than our usual Saturday to Saturday and I must say we were very pleased. This property had everything we needed and we were very happy with the cost. The location was great, the condo was clean and well equipped and being on the first floor was nice. We really enjoyed the pool as well as it was nice to relax and take a break from the ocean from time to time. The owner was very attentive and responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. He answered all of my (many) messages quickly leading up to and during our stay, even when I asked about things that were already outlined in the description that I missed. I would certainly recommend this condo to vacationers looking for an affordable place to stay while they enjoy the Myrtle Beach area!

Top notch getaway
Property is comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy. Location is wonderful, just across the street from the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. The pool is super nice as well. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The property is a good value and my wife and I had a fantastic getaway.

My family and I had a great weekend away here. The condo was cute and comfortable, just across from the beach for a short easy walk, and really close to good food. The host was awesome, and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome stay at Whispering Sands
We absolutely enjoyed staying here. The unit was spotless and very clean. Nice residents and great location. Walk across the street to see visit the beach. Walking distance to Garden City Pier. We will be returning and staying in this unit in the near future. Thanks again!

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location with just a short walk to the ocean. We also enjoyed taking the golf cart for a stroll around the area. The owner was awesome and very accommodating. He quickly responded to messages and answered any question we had.

My family and I had a nice week staying at this property. The place was very clean. The walls between the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling, which we found somewhat odd. Light sleepers might have an issue with this. For us, though, this peculiarity did not overshadow the wonderful trip we had.

Nice little get away
This was in a nice area, and owner was very easy to communicate with. It was small, but bigger than a hotel room, and for the price very reasonable- it didn't affect our fun. The walls are only 3/4 walls, but we had a box fan and we couldn't hear conversations in the other room or any noises outside. Very easy to walk to the Pier and overall would recommend!

Close to the Beach
The owner is absolutely amazing and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The place is directly across from the beach, which is great. Hear are things I wish I knew - - There is no privacy. The walls around the bedrooms don’t go to the ceiling - The place is pretty small. It says it sleeps 4, but there wouldn’t be room for 4 people to sit. It was me and 2 kids and I ended up bringing a chair in from the deck - there is no laundry in the unit. There is coin laundry available (we didn’t know this until after we arrived and not something we planned for) - the walls are pretty thin, I’d bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper - it’s a first floor unit, but you do have to go up steps to get to it (not really an issue for us, just a heads up to anyone that may have difficulty navigating steps)

Great weekend getaway
This was the perfect VRBO for our long weekend getaway. Location was perfect! Direct access to the beach is right across the street. The pier is also just a short walk away, where you can listen to live bands or your kids can play at the arcade. The property had a pool that was refreshing after a long day on the beach. The condo was clean and accommodating. Any condo that has a Keurig coffee maker with coffee available will always get a good review from me. There is a balcony with super comfy rocking chairs and plenty of space. Lawrence, the host, was fast to respond to all questions and messages. Great communication throughout the booking, check in, and check out process. Thanks, Lawrence!!
