You are warmly welcomed in my country-cozy, high-quality and lovingly furnished, quietly located non-smoking apartment with a view of the tub head, Bolsterlanger Horn, Nebelhorn and Rubihorn from a west and north balcony. The in-house swimming pool & sauna make your stay perfect.

The apartment is individually designed and very cozy-rural. It has a living room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom, a dining room, an interior kitchen, as well as a hallway and bathroom with bathtub. The balconies face west or north.
Books, games, CDs and hiking maps are available. All rooms are supplied with 100% natural electricity. The apartments Gerling I (FEWO 2657398) and Gerling II (FEWO 2728931) are located in the same building.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped, of course with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils and plenty of table and cookware. The kitchen has a freezer and a stove with ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The bathroom has a bath, hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror

The balconies are equipped with balcony furniture, umbrella and deck chairs. The in-house swimming pool with a length of 10.50 meters, a width of 4.50 meters and a water temperature of 28 degrees is in the basement and is free of charge. Sauna, coin operated washing machine and dryer are subject to a charge. Ski or Bicycle storage facilities are also located in the basement. Sledges and high chairs are available free of charge.
The residential complex has a large parking lot.

The bus / ski bus stop (e.g. to Oberstdorf, Fischen and to the ski paradise Grasgehren) is right in front of our residence. The house ski area Grasgehren with fun park for beginners is 12 minutes away by bus, "black slope drivers" drive one bus station further to Balderschwang

It is only a few minutes' walk to the “Haus des Gastes”, spa gardens with Kneipp facilities, mini golf and good restaurants. The entrance to the cross-country ski run and the local "Idealhang-Lift" are only a few steps away. The Sturmann Cave is within sight and can be reached after a short walk. The Breitachklamm is in the neighboring town of Tiefenbach.

Obermaiselstein is a pretty family village, it is easily accessible by car, Deutsche Bahn or by coach. For those arriving by train, the destination station Fischen is 3 km away. We would be happy to pick you up! Under "Directions" we make it easier for you to get there by car, train or bus.
