Modern, very tastefully furnished 2-room apartment "Dünensonne 3" under thatch in the house "Hallig Hooge" with about 45 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 3 people. Exceptionally beautiful is the construction as a thatched house. Completely delightful is the park-like, beautiful ingrown garden property in a quiet location in the village of Sankt Peter-Ording. Beautiful summer evenings can be spent in the "Dünensonne 3" in the house "Hallig Hooge" on the garden terrace with beach chair.

Elegant living room with pullout sofa bed (150x200cm), TV, BluRay player, dining table with 3 chairs and direct access to the furnished terrace to the east. Semi-open kitchen with oven, fridge (without freezer), dishwasher and Philips Senseo capsule coffee machine. No microwave.

Semi-open bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe.

Modern bathroom (shower room) with floor-level shower, toilet, electric heating, daylight and hair dryer.

Hall with wardrobe in the entrance area.

Car parking space on the property of the house "Hallig Hooge" (without assignment) and free Wi-Fi available.

Nicht wieder

Die Küche: Schön und fast OK.Aber: kein Eierkocher, Kühlschrank ohne Tiefkühlfach. Das Bett: Durchgelegen!!! Man liegt wie in einer Hängematte! Auf der Seite liegen ist unmöglich. Habe auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Dann: Das Bett mit 2 großen Sitzkissen, 2 großen und 2 kleineren Decken und einem großen, gefalteten Laken ausgepolstert: Dann war es für mich benutzbar. Im geräumigen Badezimmer ein großes Waschbecken. Nachdem der benachrichtigte Hausmeister den Ablauf gereinigt hatte, lief sogar das Wasser gut ab. In der geräumigen Dusche leider keinerlei Haltegriff. Die Handbrause ist auf ca. 1m Höhe mit einer kleinen Halterung angebracht. Zum Haarewaschen etc. muss man die Handbrause mit einer Hand über den Kopf halten. Die Dusche verfügt über eine Regenbrause. Wer sie einschaltet steht unter eiskaltem Wasser. (Vermutlich Durchlauferhitzer wie am Waschbecken) Daher nicht benutzt. - Der Außenbereich ist ungepflegt. Ein vorhandenen großer Sonnenschirm ist ist an den Streben völlig durchlöchert und verschimmelt. Ein Strandkorb und einfaches Mobiliar sind in Ordnung. - Der Fernseher zeigt wohl keine HD-Programme, Dafür und für eine Blu-ray-Anlage gibt es keinerlei Bedienungsanleitung. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist wohl vor Jahren eingerichtet und sollte wohl für Jahre halten. Mit diesen Mängeln, vor allem mit dem abgenutzten Bett ist m.E. ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub kaum möglich.

Das Mietobjekt hat uns gut gefallen. Bei der Reinigung müsste noch gründlicher verfahren werden. Kissen und Decken der Couch müssten mal gereinigt werden. Regal am Bett und im Badezimmer war komplett staubig. Unter dem Bett kamen Staubflocken heraus. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage.

Ruhig und trotzdem in 5 Min. im Zentrum. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet besonders in der Küche. Sonnenaufgang beim Frühstück auf der Terasse. Betten und Schlafcouch ebenfalls sehr gut und gemütlich. Gerne wieder.

Lage der Fewo ist Spitze, entspricht der Beschreibung Sauberkeit: Spinnen in allen Ecken Schlafcouch gehört auf den Sperrmüll Hatten uns für den Preis mehr erwartet

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren vom 4.1.20 bis 11.1.20 in der Wohnung Dünensonne 3 in SPO untergebracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung! Einzige Anmerkung wäre die Anschaffung einer Mikrowelle und eventuell eine Ablagefläche für Geschirr nach dem Reinigen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend. Vielen Dank, wir buchen gerne wieder.
