RUN AWAY - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!
This property was not represented truthfully. It is NOT a luxury apartment. For starters, we were not able to access the apartment when we arrived. The keyless entry was not working. After multiple attempts to contact the manager/owner, I finally had to call VRBO to get in contact with the owner. After 3 hours, we finally were able to get in. The property was in horrible condition: bathroom faucet was broken off, dishwasher did not work and was full of smelly, dirty dishes, washer and dryer were full of wet dirty laundry, mold on the shower stall, toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, broken bedroom lamp, lightbulbs missing from fixtures, brokenn chairs representing a safety concern. BUT THE WORST OFFENSE: the owner of this property was SO DISINGENUOUS- when I had to cancel one night of the original booking of five, THEY DID NOT REFUND THE PAYMENT. They kept my money and rented the night out to another booking and essentially got double paid. HORRIBLE, dishonest and misrepresenting. Do not rent this property.
