About this property

Subtropical Stunner-King bed & bikes! Central Air!

New Renovation for 2022! Incredible ocean views from this 3rd floor condo! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and new Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower. The entire condo was gutted and rebuilt! 2 beach chairs and 2 beach bikes are included. This villa is open concept so there is not a door between the bedroom and living room. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island about 10 min away. We own several units in the building and manage several others for out of town owners. We are available if needed or for any recommendations. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Hilton Head Stopover

Very nice and clean condo in a great location. Very convenient to the Coligny area. The king bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 days spent there.

Perfect Getaway

Can’t beat this location and the amenities that it has to offer. We utilized the beach chairs, towels and wagon on the beach and it couldn’t have worked better. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

As advertised

Home was perfect for a quick beach weekend. Unit had everything needed and it was more quiet than I expected. Side note, the beach was a little more crowded than I am used to. Great place and was exactly as advertised.

Beautiful rental - everything you need for a nice relaxing stay in Hilton Head. Great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza… easy check in and out, great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend!

Great little getaway spot!

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. Great for a couple. Loved seeing and being so close to the ocean. It is also close to nice restaurants and other areas. The host was awesome! So responsive and even had a little gift for us when we arrived! Definitely would stay here again!

Extremely nice condo

The condo was just as it shows, very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The mattress was the best, never stayed anywhere before with such a comfortable bed. Would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit smaller than we expected, which wouldn't have mattered if it hadn't rained for 2 days. Beautiful beach and walkable to stores and restaurants. Host was great at communicating with us.

Great location

Communication with host perfect. Responds very quickly. Clean and updated condo in Hilton Head. AC works great, comfortable king size bed. Limited but adequate starter supply of towels and washcloths. Renters will need to wash bath towels during stay or bring extra. Only had one roll of TP. But I always bring extra. Will most definitely stay here again. I have been staying at Sea Side Villas for over 35 years.

Great location!

This well appointed, clean property was the perfect place for my husband and I! We loved the location… and the proximity to the beach. The condo had beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, bicycles….. Everything needed for a day at the beach. Kendall was wonderful! Check in was easy, and all information about the property was sent to us in advance! We would definitely stay here again!

Ocean view. Steps away from the beach. Close to everything. Big bed, nice towels. Nice kitchen. Quiet even on busy weekend of golf tournament! Host was very helpful. Comfortable for two of us.

S Forest Beach location

Condo convenient to shopping and restaurants. Short walk only a few minutes to the beach. Condo Host very responsive the only downside is that the condo is on the smaller side with limited space for storage of clothing/toiletries. Unit is great for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. I would definitely not put 4 adults into this unit.

Great little studio near the beach

Our needs for a place to stay included a king bed, a kitchen, and a short walk to the beach. This place included all of that despite being smaller than we expected. However, it was all we needed for a week on Hilton Head. Kendall was very quick to respond at any time and was very helpful with all of her instructions for check in and check out.

Great Location

Liked that the beach was an easy walk away. Could see and hear the waves from deck. Happy to have 2 beach bikes available for use. Cooling system worked well. King size bed was comfortable. Communal washers/dryers for $1 each in quarters was conveniently located down the hall. Pool available.

Greatest use of space we’ve ever seen!

All new furniture and appliances, nice small balcony. Great rental for two folks, short walk to the pool and ocean. Easy parking, code pad was difficult to operate though …
