Exclusive 4 room non-smoking apartment (100sqm) max. 4 persons with bathing beach

Exclusive apartment with approx. 100 square meters of living space, equipped with 3 bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, living room with balcony (with a view of Lake Constance and the Alps), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is also a parking space and a covered bicycle parking space. Washer and dryer are available on the connected campsite and can be used. The apartment has WiFi access, which is also included in the price. You will receive the access data on arrival.

The in-house bathing beach is at your disposal and invites you to enjoy swimming.

The use of the Echtbodensee-Card is included in the visitor's tax. The Echtbodesee-Card offers you and your family many discounts, please inform yourself at. Furthermore, admission to the Strandbad Nonnenhorn is included. (

Note:
- The apartment can be booked from a stay of 5 days,
- The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, so we can not accept pets and smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is prohibited
- The apartment is on the 2nd OG and is therefore not optimally equipped for babies and children up to 11 years.

Ruhig und beste Lage
Wir hatten winen sehr erholsam Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht. Das Besindere war natürlich der eigene Seezugang und der Ausblick auf See und Berge. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zugewandt alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

Sehr erholsam...
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, um zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Es ist alles vorhanden und neuwertig, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Der Balkon ist schön groß und man hat morgens beim Frühstück einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. In 2 Minuten ist man am eigenen Strand und somit optimal für Familien. Auch der Gastgeber ist immer zu erreichen gewesen und hat prompt auf Fragen geantwortet, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Gesamtfazit: Sehr nette Gastgeber mit wunderschöner Wohnung! Können wir nur empfehlen ;)

Es waren die perfekten Ferien; super Lage Nähe Zentrum und mit direktem Zugang zum See, sehr nette Leute, alles sehr familiär. Wir kommen wieder!

Das war ein schöner, sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub, aber auch viel Bewegung durch die Fahrradtouren.
Die Wohnung ist durch Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Größe und tolle Lage am See, das ideale Urlaubsdomizil.

Luxusferienwohnung in bester Lage
Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub als Selbstversorger braucht. Vom sonnigen Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Seeblick und darf auch den eigenen Badestrand nutzen. Die Vermieter hatten tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können die super ausgestattete und sehr ordentliche Ferienwohnung sehr weiter empfehlen!
