Hilltop Red house is the perfect vacation home to relax after a full day of surfing or exploring Tofino. This property offers breathtaking views from every room. Situated on a hilltop, right in town, for quick access to restaurants and shops, this is great place for families. Guests love how easy it is to stroll to the town's harbour, go whale watching, visit the sea otters, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Soak up the stunning views of Tofino from Hilltop Red House, your perfect vacation home. This contemporary style property features a king-size bed and spacious ensuite with a large bathtub, plus a separate bedroom on the main floor with two single beds and a second bathroom with a stand-up shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, and the spacious dining room seats up to six guests. Enjoy relaxing on the small patio, where you can BBQ or simply take in the beautiful view. The open concept living room is ideal for entertaining, or simply curling up on the queen-size pull-out couch for a cozy evening indoors. Located just off the hilltop and right in town, you can easily access restaurants and shops. Make Hilltop Red House your family's Tofino getaway!

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

1 dog allowed only (40 lb max)

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this home for the weekend. The house was beautiful and the view was incredible! We loved how close to town this location was, would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful place

This was a great place to stay to explore Tofino. It’s within easy walking distance of downtown and right across from the water. The coffee shop right at the bottom of the drive is also excellent. Just a note- if you have any mobility issues, due to the large driveway incline and lots of stair, this might not be for you. That being said, I cannot recommend Hill House and Tofino enough.

Fabulous space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and had good views over the harbour. There was plenty of space for the three of us and everything worked well. We’d highly recommend this to anyone else

Beautiful view and location

Pictures on the listing are accurate. It is a beautiful house with central location to town and a minutes drive to beaches. Great coffee shop (Tofino Coffee) at the bottom of the drive way and close to whale watching as well as excellent restaurants.

Tofino getaway

Property was big, clean, within walking distance of everything in town. All the beds were comfortable even for 4 adults. The 2 washrooms allowed for a bit more privacy for each couple which was great. We would stay again. Parking and check in were easy.

Ther stay was perfect, only a 2 minute drive to the docks where our fishing charter started from. very close to bakeries, restaurants, and had a great view of the harbor and mountains in the distance.

Great for a family- not so great for couples

This is a great location in Tofino close to everything and a wonderful view of the harbour. It is not great for couples due to a wide open loft space and pull out couch or a room with two twin beds. It is also very pricey for what you get. For a family of four this would be a nice option but for two couples, not enjoyable to stay here.

Fabulous location, outstanding views

Terrific place to stay as a couple or with family. Easy walk to town and convenient to beaches made it an ideal place to enjoy all Tofino has to offer. The house was immaculate and ease of check in and out was appreciated. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Million-dollar View

This is a beautiful rental home with a million-dollar view overlooking the sound. We enjoyed many evenings staring out the picture window watching eagles and seals. The house is bright and spacious with plenty of room for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. We found the upstairs quite bright when trying to put the baby to sleep, but the kids room downstairs is very dark and comfortable.
