The Price is Right

This wasn’t the most spectacular rental ever but you get what you pay for. There were not enough clean towels and the bed felt broken. It was sinking in the middle. The kitchen had all amenities one could need and the TV had Netflix!

Dirty but good amenities

Pros: location is prime for skiing, amenities on the property are great, view from unit is nice, pet friendly building, easy parking. Cons: the unit wasn't filthy, but it was pretty dirty. Stains on the bed, unit clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a while and needed a good clean. We were missing essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and body wash. The host was kind enough to bring some after we messaged them, but still went a full 24 hours without them. Advice to owner that would make me stay again: - get full silverware set. Three forks and a few spoons isn’t enough. - new bed, asap. That thing is nasty! - new bed frame. The bed frame is clearly broken from the base. - hire a cleaning crew to handle your turnovers. - automate you check in instructions. We were standing at the door waiting for check in details at 9:00pm. - stock the unit with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, body wash etc. Overall it was a good stay, just felt dirty after staying there for 10 days. Would go back if the above items are addressed.

Excellent stay! This unit is on the third floor so that made for a great view. The place was very clean, had all the basics and some nice snacks. There is plenty of parking and a there is a shopping center with a nice grocery store across the street. The only negative is the cancellation policy being so short. Did not need to cancel but you never know.

Loved it!!

The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood and surrounding apartments were very quiet and peaceful. Property manager answered promptly when I messaged. Would definitely recommend!
