This holiday home is located in Torrox Costa, on the ground floor of a holiday complex with a communal swimming pool and tennis court. The beach and the promenade are only a few meters walk. The apartment is still very centrally located in this block of flats. If it gets too hot, just switch on the air conditioning and enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea.

In the living area you have a seating area, a TV on which you can receive channels in German and Spanish, and a dining area. For example, the kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 180 cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Also here is the washing machine. In addition, this apartment still has air conditioning.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 17:00 in June, July, August and September. In front of the house there are parking possibilities.
The sea and the promenade are 50 meters away, shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached within a radius of about 100 meters.
