Great suite with easy pool access

Loved the first floor porch. We have young kids and dont want a balcony so this was perfect.

Only issue I had was the pullout sofa beds one was nasty and other broke. At her than that it was great. Clean and felt very safe. It was very quiet for as many ppl were there walking around. The room was sound proof.

Loved that alot of stuff was walking or biking distance. Alot of food options and games down at the Baytown wharf area. Also shuttle transport is great.

Great little place

Stayed here for a long weekend. Perfect for two or two with small children. Plenty of room for a pack and play. Close to the pool. Nice having the shuttle nearby as well as Baytown wharf!

Wonderful Accommodations

The location provides easy access to dining, entertainment, and beaches. The accommodations were extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. This our second time staying here and each time was perfect. We highly recommend staying here.

quiet , cute property

I love this area! , its safe and I feel wonderful staying here with no issues. yes there is a $10 fee for parking but I love the covered indoor garage. with cameras and security. Neighborhood is friendly and so easy to get around.

Overall pleased

The condo was clean, quiet and conveniently located to shops. I would strongly suggest bringing more blankets as the ones they provided are thin. We asked for more blankets and towels several times before they brought one blanket. We would definitely stay here again!

Love SanDestin...But this was our worse stay :(

We love SanDestin and have been going for 10 years. Location of the unit was great...that was where great ended. We spent over 2 hours on our drive calling and messaging Vacasa in regards to the parking pass. The language was very confusing. We thought 1 parking pass was covered. They were back and forth with giving us an answer. After we finally just paid for the pass ourselves (so we didn't have any issues after our 7+ hour drive) they told us we didn't need to buy the pass, that they covered it. Really came down to terrible customer service. Seemed like multiple different people answering the messages that didn't even have the respect to scroll up and see the previous conversation. There was also a weird odor in the unit. We thought after we were in it and cooked, it would go away but it didn't. We never did discover what the cause was. A dresser drawer was also broken and the shower curtain had stains. Also, no pillows for the pull out couch (there were pillow cases so we just covered throw pillows from the couch). They offered to come and clean and bring pillows but at that point we had no interest in having things fixed that should have been taken care of prior to arrival. The pool was also closed one day and they made no effort to get it opened back up or provide us with another option. Which we found ourselves with the help of an employee at a different building. Love SanDestin but will not book with Vacasa properties again.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay while we were there. Central to everything and a short walk to Baytown Warf Villiage where you can enjoy great dinning, gift shops, and activities for the kiddoes and night life. Only mild complaint would be is that the water stopper on the toilet didn’t want to close most of the time when you flushed so you would manually have to close it. Beach was a little crowded while we were there and it rained almost the entire week but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. Overall great stay!

Clean and Cozy

My daughter and I absolutely loved the condo! It was clean and comfortable. Loved that the pool and Baytown Warf was so close. The resort transportation was an extra bonus. Parking was easy. Definitely want to stay again!

Had better!

Here's what we loved: the location and the water pressure in the shower. Here's what we did not love: We did not find out the gate code until we got up to the gate. The Wi-Fi password was not listed anywhere in the condo. We had to call to find out what it was. The mattress was horrible and the pillows were way oversized. I ended up with a crick in my neck. We could feel the springs hitting our hip bones. Tried to sleep on the couch but the center of the couch was almost hitting the floor. There was no Keurig and no broom. We've stayed in Baytown Wharf six different times and unfortunately this was our least favorite place to stay. We've always had the owners personally contact us but....not this time. Just being honest! ☹️

Golf getaway

I enjoy staying at all Sandestin condominiums. Road resurfacing was a drag. They were doing the same road last year and something must have wrong and had to be redone. Property maintenance is super noisy always and they start so early. Next time I'm getting a hotel off the property and get peace and quiet.

Disappointing Trip

Our family did not enjoy ourselves at this property. We could not figure out where to go once arriving on site, and it is a very unpleasant experience to park and get your luggage into the condo. The condo itself was clean and as described however there was insufficient bedding and the pull out sofa, which we were relying on, was broken and in poor shape. This is not the fault of this listing, but we just did not enjoy the overall area or resort.

Excellent and. No issues.

Very nice unit. We have been coming to Sandestin annually for the past 15 years (ex Covid) . Stayed in all of the buildings over the years. This unit was above par and everything the listing is true. Would recommend for any family who desires a clean, well furnished and centralized location. Should have bought the unit a few doors down 12 years ago…having said that…have confidence leasing this unit.

Sandestin resort is phenomenal! The location of the condo was perfect - close to a pool/hot tub and Baytowne Wharf was just a short walk. The resort is beautiful and so clean. We will definitely be back!!
