In the resort 4.5 km from the centre of Marbella, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (depth 110 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-22:00). Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Different golf courses and tennis courts nearby.
