It’s was just as pictured but a lot of stairs

Location was great! It’s beautifully decorated. It was close to everything minus the train terminal, super close to the water taxi stop and only about a 3 minute walk to the place. Very clean & nicely decorated. I would’ve liked a better check in Maria was not there so it was her friend Tatiana. Still very nice but just wished she would’ve shown us more about the space like where some of the utilities were located. I wasn’t sure where the drying rack was, or cleaning utensils but over all it was nice. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb 4 flights of stairs. Really nice space for a group.

Belle location et très bien placée, petit bémol sur l'absence de WiFi surtout qu'on ne capte pas la 4G à l'intérieur. Pas de programme télé dans les autres langues non plus. Impossibilité de prendre un bain car la robinetterie ne fonctionnait pas. Pas assez de savon mis à la disposition pour se doucher (juste un petit de 10ml pour 4). Les couchages pour les enfants sont difficiles d'accès, à conseiller pour des enfants assez grands.

Pricy apartment

Property is in a very good location, great design -however for it’s high price the expectation is that everything works, functioning, as marketed on the websites: -Bath was not functioning at all, hence after a long day travel, we were not able to take a bath. -2 key sets provided - but only 1 worked for the main door, very inconvenient. -no complementary water or snacks provided – inconvenient (value for money) -arrival local tax been asked in cash-TBC -additional money top on the high price!

Utterly unique beautiful property in a prime location

For a romantic getaway for two or a family of four this is an AMAZING place. After a thorough search this was one of the most beautiful VRBOs and in an incredible location overlooking a beautiful square with a few nice restaurants and bars. You can walk to San Marco in about five minutes, which is great because that also means the tourist foot traffic isn’t quite as intense as around San Marco. At night it is super quiet and charming. Contact with Maria the property manager over WhatsApp was easy and fast (even though she doesn't speak English she uses a translate app and all was clear). It was a five minute walk from the Zaccaria water taxi stop. Maria shared pics that allowed me to find the red building door down a little alley off the plaza. Just know it's like seven flights of stairs up (oof!), but that also gives you a nice view! The decor is just…awesome. Whoever designed it all did a fantastic job of making it stylish, functional, and uniquely Venetian. So clean and elegant. Not shown well in the pictures is that there are two full bathrooms with showers. Also two bunk bed “chambers” off the main living room (perfect for kids/teens). You’ll love this property, and I’ll be back. A perfectly charming place to retreat to in a magical city.

Attention appartement pour 6 personnes mais en réalité une chambre et des lits superposés deux en accès facile mais les autres quasi impossible. Appartement avec beaucoup de charme. Bien pour un couple et deux enfants
