6-7-2022 Unit rented for son & family 3-25 - 4-1-2023.
3-2-2023 License plate provided to owner for parking pass.
3-24 Called Property Management for parking pass. Couldn't issue. Owner hadn't provided rental information. Told to inform owner to provide. Texted, no response.
3-25 Unit not cleaned at check in. Texted owner with pictures. He responded, was unaware; would work on correcting. We found someone to clean the unit. Checked in 9pm
Owner very apologetic, stated "I'll reimbuse you some money, as mentioned to compensate you for the challenge. Thank you for understanding." Told him his offer was certainly appreciatd.
3-26 Sunday, informed by security a parking pass was required.
3-27 A parking violation notice on windshield. Went for pass that morning. Told couldn't be issued. Rental information not provided by owner. Texted owner; no response.
3-28 Told to get a parking pass. Texted owner twice; no response.
3-29 Told car would be towed next day without pass. Texted owner; no response. Able to get temporaty pass to park in daughter's section.
4-1-23 Checked out before 11 am.
The condo was comfortable, nicely furnished with great location.
4-13 Texted owner about money reimbursement for challenges and delay. His response:
"Absurelty sir, I told you I'd acknowledge your you pay. I I just don't know the payment method
."
Texted him twice it was a credit card charge from VRBO, No response.
Sadly, this review should not have needed to be written.
