Great location!

My friend and I needed a get away from the hustle and bustle of our lives. This was the perfect place to relax. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We walked over the walking bridge, went to the Bluffs for a snack, and walked around downtown. It was a quick walk back over the bridge for an early dinner at Taconooga. The next day we found the Chattanooga shoe company, Whole Foods and nail bar for a pedicure. Again, all within walking distance. The host was very communicative and the house clean and well stocked. The sunroom was a sweet place to enjoy a leisurely coffee. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great getaway spot!

Great location and stay!

I had a business trip to Chattanooga and needed a place to stay that was close to the meeting location and pet friendly, since we had our pup with us. This property was clean, easy to get to, and in a great location with its proximity to downtown. We enjoyed our stay here and if we are coming back to this area, will definitely look to stay here again!

Long weekend in Chattanooga

This cute bungalow is perfect for a small family, way more comfortable that a hotel stay. House was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and in a perfect location. Walkable to some shops and restaurants and 5 min drive to aquarium.

Great stay in Chattanooga

Myself, wife, and daughter stayed at this very pleasant house north of the river in Chattanooga. The house was great. It had everything we needed and was just right size for our small family. The beds were comfortable. The house was in a safe neighborhood, and we were able to walk to a number of restaurants and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay, would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

This was a great place to stay! It's cozy & very clean. It worked great for our family of 4. We didn't cook but the kitchen is fully stocked. The host put thought into little details (laundry soap, towels, kitchen utensils, couch pillows, decor). It is in a great location with parking. We loved the walkable neighborhood! You can walk to so many restaurants, a grocery store and shops. We walked to walnut street bridge easily to go downtown too. The host was great! She was responsive and easy to coordinate with. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Fall 2023 Stay

We came with our dog to get away from Atlanta for the week. The property was perfect for our stay. Across the street from Publix and a view of Signal Mountain from the front deck. Nice for a tea/coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening. Easy walk down to Frazier Street and Coolidge Park plus all the North Shore fun. Kitchen allowed for some cooking. The beds were comfy. The neighbors were nice. If you looking for a place to land after a day of activity and that is intimate and cozy, this is your place. If you are looking for large accommodations, this would not be the place for you. Overall, we would rent this property again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in the north shore neighborhood in Chattanooga. The cottage was very nice and actually was very peaceful. We were only a few blocks from good restaurants and Coolidge park. The pedestrian bridge was a big plus too. We would stay here again!

Wonderful home!

The home was adorable, clean, and well-stocked. Perfect for my two teen daughters and I on our weekend away. The location was perfect. We walked most places, even over the pedestrian bridge and into downtown. The food options in easy walking distance were amazing! What a great spot!

Perfect Property and Location!

We had a great first visit to Chattanooga and Carrie's property was in the best location! The house was so cute, just the right size and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Highly recommend this property! We plan to return in the future!
