Welcome to "Little Tropics" our newly remodeled cozy modern getaway! Excellent location, less than 4 minutes to the beach, Mizner Park, and all major shopping! Our home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel at home and a comfortable living room to relax in!
Guests have the entire space to themselves plus a 1 car garage. There are 2 parking spaces on the driveway for your convenience. Private patio in the front with private entrance as well as a side yard with a hammock, lounge chairs and a seating area. The property is lush with mango and avocado trees. Tenant occupies the back unit with a totally separate and private entrance.
