Vacation apartment Cloud No. 9 - 3 room maisonette new build apartment with large balcony

Light flooded 3 room duplex new apartment with large south / west terrace and lake view in the historic Lindau old town in the 2nd + 3rd OG to about 93 sqm. It is equipped for up to 5 people. The approximately 15 square meters terrace overlooking the lake is equipped with high quality balcony furniture, parasol and sunbeds and ensures unforgettable sunset moods.

From the ground floor to 1. Upstairs is also a lift available. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. For the 5. Person is a high quality sofa bed in the living room available. The triple insulated windows with electrically controlled blinds let you sleep peacefully and relaxed.

The top equipped, open kitchen, has dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of dishes and glasses. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles. In addition, a modern ventilation system automatically ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

With a few steps you are in the old town, at the harbor and at the train station. Directly in the house is a REWE city market with a bakery. The apartment is non-smoking. In the 1. UG is a bicycle storage room available. Wednesday and Saturday is also market.

For the public parking lots P3 and / or P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking! Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

7 Tage Urlaub
Waren mit meiner Familie 7 Tage im Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man so im Alltag benötigt. Zimmeraufteilung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Klimaanlage ist in den zwei oberen Zimmern vorhanden. Eine weitere Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Essraum wäre echt von Vorteil. Nachteil an der Wohnung ist der gegenüberliegende Bahnhof. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es etwas zu laut um zu schlafen. Ein weitere Nachteil ist die Parkmöglichkeit (kein Parkplatz für die Wohnung). Hier muss man sich auf hohe Parkgebühren einstellen. Ansonsten Top Lage. Unter der Wohnung liegt ein REWE um kleine Besorgungen durchzuführen. In nur wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof, Kaffee, Restaurant, etc.. Für meinen Geschmack war es etwas zu teuer.

Ein sehr schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen. 7 Tage auf der Insel Lindau. Sehr gute Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof, Kaffee, Restaurant. Unter der Wohnung liegt sogar ein REWE. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Raumaufteilung. Sehr modern. Nachteil: Klimaanlage in den oberen zwei Zimmern. Jedoch nicht im Wohn- und Essraum. Bahnhof gegenüber der Wohnung. Beim öffnen der Fenster ist es recht laut 8 (vorallem beim schlafen). Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Hier muss man sich auf sehr hohe Kosten einstellen. Einen Parkplatz zur Wohnung gibt es leider nicht. Preis- Leistung: Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu teuer.

Unser Urlaub in zentraler Lage
Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit perfekt. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Das Quietschen der Bahnen war nur minderstörend. Parksituation leider nur durchschnittlich, trotz kurzen Parken in der Nichtparkzone wird an die Urlauber gnadenlos ein Strafzettel verteilt, nicht sehr gästefreundlich. Ca. 2km außerhalb fußläufig dafür umsonst parken. Ansonsten war die Lage auf der Insel Lindau perfekt.

Top Lage aber sehr laut
die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage, der Ausblick vom Balkon super, Ausstattung alles da. Trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut vom Bahnhof und der Kirchenuhr, die alle halbe Stunde verkündete wie spät es ist . Ab 6 Uhr Anlieferung beim Rewe Markt. Sehr lautes Rollcontainer hin und hergeschiebe. Parkplatzsuche sehr schwierig !!!!!

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Einrichtung. Schöne und gut ausgestattete Küche. Gute Betten und gute Möbel. Von der Terrasse aus können Sie einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wirklich erstklassig. Achten Sie auf die Bahnstrecke direkt vor der Wohnung.

Management company requires wire transfer of funds which is listed as illegitimate under VRBO policies. Please be aware that this prohibits you from any recourse should anything go wrong. So, the check-in process was confusing with nowhere to park while on a treasure hunt for the key. Unit was clean but we realized that the drain in the shower was clogged which caused flooding. We had to clean out the drain ourselves in order to use the shower for our stay. Deutsche Bahn had scheduled construction on the railroad tracks and posted a sign on the apartment building stating that they would reimburse the homeowners for staying somewhere else during the construction. The construction started at 20:30 and continued through the night every single night we were there. We were unable to sleep due to the noise. The homeowner did not disclose this and rented the unit anyway. We had to leave after three nights due to extreme exhaustion from lack of sleep. We ended up leaving the trade show early which resulted in lost business. The homeowner offered a refund of 1/3 of our payment and stated that we would have to sue them in local court in order to get any additional refund. An impossible situation since we don't live in Germany. The management company refused to communicate with us to resolve the issue after the homeowner's initial offer. It should be noted that the homeowner demanded a positive review if he refunded any money...terms to which we did not agree. Overall we felt completely defrauded. We thought Lindau was a beautiful town in a gorgeous location and we would stay in Lindau again however, we will never rent this unit or use the management company ever again.
