It is situated on a spacious estate of approx. 10,000 m², from which there are wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The island is widely known for its high-quality limestone, which has been quarried since ancient times. The fenced and well-kept property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the noise of the city and surrounded by olive groves. Cosy comfort is offered inside. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a living room with access to the covered terrace with fireplace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (sloping roof at approx. 160 cm). Bedroom no. 3 has its own bathroom and is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The refreshing pool, sunbathing area and outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing and unwinding, while badminton and two bicycles provide additional fun on holiday. The last 500 m of the driveway is a gravel track.
