About this property

Beautiful holiday home with private pool and sea-view

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 20 €
- guarantee 200 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 80 kwh/week for electricity and 15 cbm / week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Lovely holiday cottage with stunning sea views and private pool. It is located in a very quiet residential area in a blind alley on the edge of the nature reserve Montgo. A well maintained house with simple Spanish furniture.
The Casa Irmgard has a lovely big garden with lawns, palm trees and mediterranean plants. The plot is on a slight slope . Very well connected by stairs. For the car there is a covered parking space.

The kitchen is functional . Each bedroom has a fan.

All rooms are on one level. There is a living -dining room with american kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air-condition). From the living area there is access to a large covered terrace with wonderful views to the sea.

At the pool there is a cozy sun terrace with a seating area and BBQ area (partially covered). From here one also has a wonderful sea view.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
Distance to the sandy beach 2,5 km, pebble beach 2 km, supermarket 1,5 km and restaurant 1 km; Golf 8 km.

Other Things to Note:
Small dog allowed by request. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Prima vakantiehuis voor een weekje Denia
We hebben een lekkere week Dénia gehad in dit huis. Airco in de woonkamer/keuken zou wel fijn geweest zijn. En een vast tarief voor energie verbruik geeft wat meer comfort, gewoon de huurprijs per week verhogen. Goeie bedden, lekker stevig. Altijd een plekje uit de zon rondom het huis. Erg fijn!

10 jours de repos total au soleil
Vue magnifique, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse de la maison, vue sur la mer ou dans la piscine, toujours très propre. Environnement très calme. Bref, c'est la 3ème fois qu'on vient et on espère que ce ne sera pas la dernière. Idéal pour se reposer et déconnecter ! Bains de mer très agréables à la plage del Arenal à Javea, c'est notre préférée.

Herbsturlaub in Denia
Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Housekeeperin Martina war super freundlich und die Übergabe verlief problemlos. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt zum Strand, was jedoch mit einem Auto kein Problem darstellt. Dafür hat man den Berg Montgo direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir sind dort hinauf gewandert und haben von oben die Aussicht genossen. Das Panorama war echt beeindruckend, sowohl vom Berg aus, als auch von Haus aus! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen dort noch einmal Urlaub zu machen.

Site magnifique , piscine impeccable, maison très agréable à vivre
Entre piscine sur place et plage à Javéa ( Les Arenales ), balades sur le paseo de Dénia , dans la ville de Dénia côté port et le village de Javéa, nous avons passé 10 jours très reposants et agréables. Sans oublier notre visite incontournable au magasin Ceràmicas Vallés à Javéa. Vivement l'année prochaine , nous reviendrons !

Glorious view
Great position at the bottom of the mountain with views over the city to the harbour. Take binoculars! The pool is bigger than the photo’s show and the gardens are well kept with a beautiful and massive cactus tree. There is a very steep climb the last few hundred metres to the villa but head down and pace yourself. We opted not to hire a car and we didn’t need it. Decor is dated and no Wi-Fi HOWEVER this place is fantastic. Certainly recommend

Necesitaba unas vacaciones para eliminar estrés y esta villa ha sido perfecta. Mucha privacidad, vistas impresionantes a la montaña de Denia, una brisa espectacular para aliviar el calor, la higiene que da una piscina particular, tambien dispone de barbacoa, en definitiva muy bien todo. El interior de la villa no es de 5 estrellas pero tampoco haces mucha vida en el interior. Dispones de todo lo basico para cocinar, ducharte, dormir. Eso sí, necesitarás coche o moto para desplazarte a cualquier sitio. Una Maravilla para quien quiera relax y disfrutar con su pareja o familia.

Situation exceptionnelle avec vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne, quartier très calme. Maison très agréable qui reste fraîche par chaleur extérieure. Terrasse idéale au -dessus d'un très joli jardin. Piscine très propre d'une bonne taille . On retient l'adresse et on reviendra.

Totale Enttäuschung schon bei Anreise
Wir haben uns eigentlich mega auf den Urlaub gefreut gehabt! Aber auch schon bei der Ankunft muss ich wirklich zugeben dass es eine reine Katastrophe war! Die übergabe verlief total unhöflich und negativ nach 28 Stunden Fahrt! Schon im Vorfeld wurde uns mitgeteilt als wir ankamen das dies kaputt seit das kaputt seit das nicht funktioniert das kostet extra jenes kostet extra und das schlimmste war dass es nichtmal WLAN gab! Die Toilette eine reinste Katastrophe !!! Der Pool arschkalt, der grillrost total verrostet dass man nicht mal grillen konnte, die Dusche auf der Terrasse funktionierte auch nicht! Ich gehe davon aus, dass man nicht mal 1 € für diese bruchbude investiert hat seit 100 Jahren! Es war wirklich der schlimmste Urlaub meines ganzen Lebens!!! Finanziell wurden wir auch einfach komplett abgezockt!!!!

Entorno ideal, casa muy cuidada y cómoda, trato excelente, totalmente recomendable!
Con vistas al mar y la montaña, la casa en varios niveles con zonas muy bonitas y cuidadas, zonas de sombra a toda hora del día. Acceso directo para disfrutar de senderismo en el Montgó. Cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar, hasta el último detalle. Atención excelente, muy amables y atentos, gran preocupación por el bienestar de los inquilinos, muy agradecidos con Martina y Gislinde!.

Alles so wie beschrieben.
Wir waren zu zweit in dem Haus. Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und man hat alles was man brauch. Der Balkon/Terrasse ist wunderschön mit Meerblick und läd zu langen Frühstücken ein.

Nous avons passé 15j dans cette belle villa avec une vue imprenable sur montagne et sur mer ! Quel plaisir un tel panoramique ! La piscine avec vue sur mer elle aussi! Sans vis à vis! Au calme! Point de vue équipement : juste ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour parfait ! Pas de climatisation mais ventilateurs efficaces. Pas impossible qu'on y revienne ! Un merci spécial à Martina pour sa disponibilité!

Perfect getaway place
Car recommended as the house is up at the base of the mountain. Views are spectacular. The house is in a very quiet area . The house & grounds are very well kept . Would highly recommend this house for a couple. Very private and with car easily accessible to Denia town & Port (10/15 min drive ) .

Хороший отдых для двоих.
Красивые виды на море. Дом прямо у горы Монтго. Облазили всю включая самую длинную прогулку в 14 км ... с горы видно Бенидорм и всю округу на 50км, море на ладони. Дом обсолютно ничем не воняет как это обычно бывает. Отличный глубокий бассейн. Одно но .... нет кондера, так что в жару наверное будет тепло спать!
