Washer & Dryer included for your use with some fragrance free pods.

Take lovely morning walks through our neighborhood! We have SIDEWALKS (unlike other Cape Coral neighborhoods:-) Along the way spot some the area protected Burrowing Owls.

NOTE: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25.
Pack & Plays (Portable Crib), child safety fence and Highchairs are available FREE. *Must REQUEST AT BOOKING*.

POOL HEAT, if desired, to be paid directly to owner before arrival. $15 per day x length of stay. Partial days heat is not available.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire home, personal pool, hot tub & yard.
Home access code will be given 2 days prior to arrival, final payment & receipt of a submitted booking contract/agreement, plus copy of photo ID.
Address and entry codes provided 6 hours before Check-In
Code activated at agreed Check-In time.
This rental house address & mailbox will NOT be used as your postal address, no forwarding your mail, no setting up rental house address on any of your bills, etc. (There is a postal type facility within a few minutes of our home that you can rent a box. AMAZON deliveries ok.)
There will be locked closets and/or garage space locked reserved for owner supplies only. Security camera INSIDE the garage since that is NOT a guest space.
IMPORTANT:
You will be required to sign agreement of our Terms and Conditions / Contract/Agreement for staying in our vacation home. This will be emailed to you via docusign, google docs or similar.
Access to the home and code activated ONLY after the contract document is submitted/signed. If not submitted promptly your reservation could be cancelled without refund.
Home security - RING doorbell, arlo at pool equipment (no guest visible area) and driveway.
MINUT- Decibel monitor on Lanai.
Pool heat pump electric pool heater is set to 84 degrees year round.
Pool Heat Fee - $15 per day paid at arrival if requested at booking.
When night temperatures drop below 70d the daytime pool temp might not reach 84. We are not responsible for weather and this does not qualify for discounts or refunds.
Our equipment runs 8 hours per day.
