One of the best places I’ve stayed

This property was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the drive was so easy to multiple beaches. The hospital and fire department are on the same road not even half a mile away, so medical care is close if that’s important to you. The host was so responsive and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this property.

Great Location and Easy Access To anything

This property is amazing and well-maintained. You feel like you are at home. It has everything you need for your stay; if you have questions, the property manager is quick to respond. The only thing I would suggest is blinds for the rooms. It does have window coverings but I feel like you would be more comfortable with blinds and help keep that FL sun out. Also maybe a sheet with check-in info such as if the trash needs to be taken out on certain days and wifi information and instructions for check out. I had to ask for this information and I hated bothering management but wanted to make sure the tasks were done. Overall, would highly recommend this property. I will definitely be staying again.

Simply Perfect!

The condo was perfect for our girls’ getaway trip! Very clean, comfortable beds, pretty updated decor, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and a nice sized kitchen table. Communication with the owner was great! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place for the price and location!

Everything was taken care of, location was great the only issue we ran into was the coffee maker has sugar ants in it. For a bunch of guys it wasn’t a big deal… but i could see how it could be for some other crowds.

Amazing!!

We had the best stay at Byron’s rental. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything you would ever want or need on a beach vacation. Byron and the property manager George are incredibly responsive. This was by far our best stay in Destin! The only thing I would suggest is additional throw blankets. One of our friends liked to keep it colder than the rest of us but there was only one couch blanket, so we had to buy another. The kitchen was very well stocked, but again there might be some items you’ll need to purchase if you stay in for meals, such as mixing bowls, foil, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary and Walmart is super close. We will definitely try to stay again on our next visit. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Perfect Beach Stay!

This home was very clean, well decorated, with ample room for luggage and clothing. Close to everything you would need! There is a hose located conveniently in front of the house. Great for washing sand off the beach chairs after a long day in the crystal clear water. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for an inexpensive coastal retreat! The host was very quick to reply and gave helpful info as well!

This property is beautiful! Perfect for family and friends wanting to stay together! 3 beds and 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living, dining, etc. Very clean, new, awesome location. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Host did great job communicating!

Amazing and comfortable stay

We were beyond happy with our stay. This property had everything that we needed for the week. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the laundry room!! We were blessed with such a gracious host. He was so quick with responses and knowledgeable about the area. It made for a wonderful stay for our family and we will be back in the future! Amazing!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very welcoming. It provided everything we could possibly need including stuff for the beach. Which was conveniently located 10-15 minutes away. We took advantage of the games and had a few wonderful game nights. Overall we had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely go back.

Awesome!

Booked this place for our stay in Santa Rosa Beach. It was perfect for my family which included my wife and I, my parents, and my adult kids. Close to beach areas, dining, and grocery stores. The property was beautiful and very clean. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. Owner was prompt to respond to messages, and very helpful. We booked for 4th of July weekend, and this place was more affordable than any other properties or hotels in the area that raised prices exponentially for the holiday weekend. We feel like we got very lucky compared to other family and friends coming into the area for our family event. Would highly recommend this property!!

Super cute 3/2.5 townhome! Perfect for a get away, with easy access to shopping, dining, beach and local attractions. Everything was provided down to even having a cooler if you need one. The owner is super responsive and checks in to ensure you are enjoying your stay! We’ll be back!

Family vacation

We spent three night, location was great. I was a little skeptical at first, but we found out that we Were 10 to fifteen minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. Would rent again and stay longer next time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice and clean, looked just like picture.

Convenient location to attractions

Rental was as described... clean, close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe staying there by myself. Owner was quick to reply to any questions i had and made sure my stay was wonderful. It was nice to be able to have a washer /dryer in unit and not have to come home with smelly beach clothes. The kitchen was fully equiped as well. The neighborhood was quiet which was an added bonus. No noisy beach goers or parties and no golf carts roaring up and down the street. You definitely need to book a rental car to get around as its not really pedestrian friendly area. I will book again next year. Thank you again for everything.
