Maravilla vacation condo 2304 is a premier Beach Condos In Destin pet friendly rental. This condo is a favorite of our repeat guest and books quickly throughout the year. If you are looking for a updated luxury condo rental, on Miramar Beach in Destin this is a terrific option. Guests always comment on how much they love sitting on the plush balcony furniture watching the waves, and watching people and pets stroll by on the boardwalk or head from the condo to the beach. Maravilla really is one of the top Destin vacation resorts.

A note about supplies:
Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Condo was great! Close to lots of good restaurants. The beach was nice as well. Wish we could have taken our well behaved lab to play in the surf.. We did experience noise from the unit above and another unit that had a dog that barked frequently.

When they said the view was great, they weren't kidding! When you walk in the front door, you can see the crashing waves, and emerald green at that! The condo is very nicely decorated with all the special touches. The furniture is very nice, real furniture that is heavy and ornate. The balcony was my favorite with super comfy chairs. Loved it! The gated community is nice with both condominiums and beautiful beach houses. There is a nice bike path to walk or ride and two pools. You also receive two chairs and umbrella on beach at no cost. When we first arrived the water heater was on the lowest setting so we didnt have hot baths until we realized we needed to turn it up. We have noticed this happens many times at places we've rented so if you don't have hot water or anything is not quite right just ask and they are usually very quick to help. The kitchen sink water pressure was low and it wasn't ever hot but it wasn't a big deal. you might want to bring a blanket for the fold out couch, but they had everything else! The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils and serving spoons. We were able to book this condo at last minute as we were in a bind with our other arrangements and were so happy to have found it! The people were very friendly and even checked on us to make sure we had enjoyed our stay on the day of check out. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable and very well situated on Scenic 98. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Maravilla and really love this location. I highly recommend this condo! It is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and they have all the comforts of home plus a beautiful view.

The property was clean and nice. The view was excellent from the balcony. The only problem we had was the bathroom toilet had problem flushing. Other then that I would stay at this property again.

This location was good for us. The view from the balcony was a great beach/ocean view, but could not see sun set/sunrises from balcony. Need to be on the beach for that. Love that is was a private beach for this location. Beach area did not seem over crowded. (Spring Break) Kitchen is small but it worked for the three of us. Had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Only complaint was the master bedroom comforter had black dog hair on it and OLD yellow stains. I notified the owners of this upon arrival and they were very willing to come and pick it up. There was another comforter available so I told them that wasn’t necessary. I just took that one off and swapped it out for another. Loved that they have carts you can use upon arrival and departure.

We were able to book this trip the day before arrival with no issues. Location was very convenient and had easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and Renee (property manager) was very responsive to our needs. Overall, great trip and would recommend.

We loved the condo! We always stay in a unit in Building #2, and this unit appeared to be upgraded and was very comfortable! Our only complaint was with the lack of communication from the owners the week before check-in when Hurricane Sandy hit Gulf Shores. While we understand that power might have been an issue, we live in a time with cell phones where we felt like we could be told something. However, we drove down anyway and everything worked out. We would highly recommend this unit!
