Family Vacation

Absolutely breathtaking views! Host was super responsive and very helpful. Listing was extremely accurate with more than adequate room for our family of 6. The rooms were large and clean, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all necessities, newer washer/dryer and host provided 2 wash tabs, pool/hot tub area was clean and accessible, easy parking. Overall, this location exceeded our expectations to the point that we wanted to stay another night. If we go back to Gatlinburg, we will definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately no air conditioning and dated.

The property was comfortable but dated and much more so than pictured. We checked in Friday at it was hot and stuffy and noticed AC not working. We were told it be fixed that evening but it wasn’t then tools it would be Saturday morning- again nothing. Finally I called Saturday afternoon and was told they were right around the corner but no one showed till 8 pm. It was supposedly fixed but hour after the tech left - AC still not working and it was 82 degrees. We were told we would get reimbursed but only got a $107 dollar refund (but still don’t even have that). It was not a good experience - they even have a Christmas tree still up do I would suggest finding another property especially this summer as we didn’t have AC the whole weekend.

Beautiful - Loved Our Stay

The rental is excellent. The pictures are 100% accurate and the view is fantastic. We would certainly rent this room again. We had a heating problem when we checked in that could have ruined our 5 day stay. However, Justin was quick to get someone out to repair the problem. Because of the quick response to our heating issue, we felt it was only fair to still give them a 5 star review. With past rentals (not this place) we have encountered long delays when something was not working that does affect the quality of the experience. Thanks to Justin for his quick response! The room was clean and had all the comforts of home with an amazing view added.

Great Stay!

The property was well kept, had ample private parking in an easily accessible parking lot, the condo was well laid out and had plenty of room for 5 kids and 2 adults. It was nicely decorated for the holiday and helped us make good family memories. The property manager was extremely responsive. We had a great experience and would rent there again.

Amazing place!

The view is perfect to overlook part of the town and the mountains. The description of the property doesn’t explain how big this place is. Each bedroom has its own master bath. Bedrooms are spacious and fully furnished. Be sure to call dibs on the upstairs bathroom. Best view and awesome bathroom! The balcony is screened in so no bugs but lets you relax and enjoy the view drinking some coffee early in the morning. Plenty of parking. Utensils for cooking to help save some money or venture out on the town only a few minutes away. The guest books are a great read to figure out hidden gems or what to do. Owners checked in with us and made sure everything was running smoothly and we got checked in ok. Couldn’t find one issue with our stay at all. Will definitely ask for this specific one again next year!

Gatlinburg getaway

Enjoyed our family trip to Gatlinburg and the condo was amazing! Great location for some relaxation but close enough to all of the fun in the city! The condo was clean, comfortable and Justin was the perfect host. Checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for things to do. Can’t wait to come back!!

Dirty floors

Excellent location, just wanted to make you aware the floors were filthy when we arrived. Kids feet turned black within minutes. Seems like the floors need to be mopped, just want to let you know for future guests… other than that it was a great stay. Nice amenities and was the perfect space for our group. Thanks!

Wonderful Mountain Property

The Chalet Village unit we stayed in was great. Very roomy and clean. Wonderful mountain views from all bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Kitchen well equipped and full size washer and dryer were nice. Communication and responses from the property owner were prompt and very helpful when needed. We would stay here again when in the Gatlinburg area! Highly recommended for your group to stay here.

Family Fun 2022

I give this property a 5 out of 5 rating. From the initial booking process to the very last day of my stay, Justin our host was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better host during our stay The property has exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a family of 6 although the property could sleep up to 9 people, each room with a full bathroom. Just a habit for cabin rental properties, I recommend bring extra towels and wash cloths, trash bags, and dishwater pods. There was very light construction happening when we arrived, they were redoing the steps to our property. They were sketchy, but we are happy to know that the issue is being fixed. I'd definitely recommend this listing for anyone looking to be close to the downtown area (18min drive). Thank you so much Justin for your hospitality, you were AWESOME!

Misleading

We were not able to stay here at all. First there was no water. We fixed that ourselves. Then we went to set something on the table and the table went flying. The leg was just propped to look like it was ok. There weren’t even screws holding it together. The pool had concrete floating in it as they were replacing the surrounding area. We were told too bad about the pool. “It’s not our pool” don’t list a pool if it’s not going to available to your renters. The towel racks were hanging off the walls, if they were even there. That was what we found in the first 15 minutes. This was also a good 15-20 minute drive to town. Not at all what I was hoping for. I had to rent two hotel room for the entire stay.

Stunning views, nicely apportioned condo

The pictures accurately describe the beauty of the condo and the views from several rooms. I was initially attracted to this condo based on the pictures of the views from inside. I am happy to report that the condo lives up to expectations. I was traveling with my sisters and wife and everyone was very pleased with the location and condition of the property. There was ample room for all and everyone enjoyed their stay. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Furnishings are nice, and the condo is decorated in a warm homey feeling. The sun room off the second bedroom makes a nice comfy place to relax and enjoy mountain views. We even got to see three small bears canvassing the neighborhood for food. I would definitely book this property again. I would give this property a 9 out of 10, and with just a few improvements and attention to details this property could elevate to a 10 out of 10: 1. Damaged and/or missing towel racks in bathrooms 2. Toilet paper was very low, staying with mostly women it became quickly apparent someone (i.e. me), would immediately need to run to the grocery store for more. After a long day of travel this was inconvenient 3. There were not enough pillow cases to cover all the pillows. My sister, due to how exhausted we were upon arrival, unknowingly slept on a pillow with no pillow case. Upon searching the property for additional linens the next day, none could be found except for two mattress covers. Overall, stay here for the views and location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive up is beautiful but not for anyone afraid of heights. Definitely recommend for families. We had a great stay.

Loved it! We will be back

The building is a little bit on the older side but the Condo is in GREAT shape. Awesome views, very very clean, all beds slept perfect, sheets were very comfortable, TV’s, appliances, couches and chairs are all in great shape. The checkin process was painless and the owners emailed me each day to see if we needed anything. That is service after the sale. We plan to stay here in the future.

Fun weekend getaway with family

The property was great. We had some issues with checking to the condo. We had incorrect info regarding the door lock. We had some good communication with property group and we were able to get in. The property is beautifully decorated and the view is unbelievable. We would definitely stay again. Great weekend getaway with the family. Thanks again.
