The modern, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with 51 m�� living space is located in the 3rd First floor of the beach residence. The balcony to the promenade with a fantastic view of the lake attracts guests already for breakfast in the open air. The apartment is individually and comfortably equipped and offers 2 people space for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The open plan living room offers a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa, armchair and flat screen TV. The kitchenette incl. Oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. and the dining area are integrated in the living room. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a large wardrobe. Both rooms offer a first-hand view of the lake. The balcony can be entered from both the living room and the bedroom. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and vanity unit / WC. A parking space in the hotel's own underground car park guests can use. (Attention double parker max 1.90 m car height, max 5.20 m car length, max 2.20 m car width, max. Carrying capacity 2.6 t).

In a quiet beach location, right on the Ahlbeck promenade, is the newly built, completed in 2018 apartment complex Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie. With a beach access right outside the door and the surrounding green of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach.  In the back apartments, guests can enjoy the sun even more. The beach is especially wide and beautiful at this section. A bit away from the pier and the main Ahlbeck beach you can swim and relax in peace. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck can be reached in about 10-15 minutes walk. Diverse shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars of the seaside resort await their guests. The three imperial baths offer an eventful art and cultural summer as well as a variety of events even outside the main season. The golf course "Baltic Hills" is about 10 minutes drive. A special highlight is offered in the low season (15. 9. - 15. 6.): In the house a small wellness area with two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna) including showers and rest room is available to guests free of charge. The saunas can be used daily from 15:00 to 21:00

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
