This beachfront condo, ideally located mere steps from the community's sparkling oceanfront pool, is highlighted by a spacious and open floor plan, sophisticated furnishings, and a private patio with ample seating and views of the pool deck.

Here at The Wave, you'll have access to the beachfront pool, a variety of lounging and dining areas, a grill, and a beach boardwalk. Back at the condo, you'll be greeted in the afternoons by a shaded patio, a sun-drenched living area, and a well-equipped kitchen with generous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining area has seating for four (with additional space at the breakfast bar).

There are three full bathrooms to pair with the three bedrooms, including a serene primary suite offering granite dual vanities and a shower/tub combination in its bathroom. Additional amenities include free WiFi and cable, flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
