Summerhouse 308B will leave you captivated with its cozy interior and one-of-a-kind view from three floors up! The interior will make you feel at home and the view will keep you on the balcony. Summerhouse offers one of the best sunsets on the beach, so take a deep breath, sit back, and most of all relax! But wait. Views can also be enjoyed from the open floor plan and main suite. There is a comfortable king bed in the main suite, which also features an adjoining bath and access to the porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. When you book this darling condo, you and your friends will have access to community amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.

Things to know
During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Do not rent this unit
The view from balcony was beautiful but the condo was not acceptable due to mold on ceilings, non working kitchen appliances, 1970 finishes, and outdated furniture. Vacasa was very responsive to our concerns but not a lot they could do except move us. We stayed because of other family members at Summerhouse.

The room was spacious. The beach wasn’t overcrowded and the 2 pools were never too crowded. The kiddie pool was great for my grandson who is 1. There were no older kids trying to Play in it making it impossible for him to play safely.

The location is great, the condo is large with a lot of space. There are needed improvements here. Pots and pans are inadequate, front stove burner doesn’t work, master bedroom tv doesn’t work. This could be the most amazing place with a little work.

I’d recommend
The place is so easy to work with! Our key code got messed up, but I called Vacasa and they got it fixed pretty fast so that was nice. The view is awesome, the beds are comfortable and it is roomy. The place definitely needs updated as it is outdated! We would stay again with hopefully a few upgrades! Check out was easy with not a million rules! :)

The room was as pictured
I tried calling to report an issue without a answe. The GFI plug in the kitchen is broken and when you touch the plug the kitchen lights go off. The upper outlets in the master bedroom do not work. Only 2 working stove eyes! The bedrooms are hot unless the bedroom doors are left open. Over all the condo is a nice place to stay but the electrical problems are a concern and safety issue.

Condo needs updating. Vent fan and microwave above the range didn't work. Only 2 of the cooktop burners were reliable. There were only (6) towels and wash clothes when we arrived for (8) guests. We also found several roaches during our stay.

Not the best room we’ve had BY FAR!
We’ve stayed at Summerhouse before and had an exceptional room but this room was not up to par for what we paid. I called immediately about the broken sofa bed that the cleaning lady couldn’t even get put back in and the loose toilets and our stove sparked with only 2 burners working. I never heard back from Vacasa after calling several times. We were also denied a 2 hour later check out time after all the issues we had. I will never use Vacasa again! Our garbage disposal was also backing up in the sink anytime we used the dishwasher. I’m upset that we were offered nothing at all to make it more accommodating after paying a few grand to stay!

Not bad, but not great.
The location is excellent! The Summerhouse is going to be our panama city home from now on. It was small enough to not be overwhelmed, but large enough to still have that resort feel. The room 308B was just ok. The floors were dirty, both handles of the sliding doors were broke, and it is in need of updates. But the beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer was pretty big. Overall, it wasn't bad.
