If you are looking for modernity this appartment is not for you. Bed are not confortable neither the caouch, the washing machine is outside , there is no no o en also. Honestly i Will never came back to p this island

Lovely apartment close to the beach

We had an excellent stay and Ursula is a fantastic host. Our flight into Palma was delayed so we ended up arriving very late at night. Finding our way to the apartment was challenging in the dark. We didn’t expect to arrive so late and sadly didn't find the exterior light timer switch til the next morning. The apartment itself is well appointed and the strong air con in the bedroom will cool the entire apt (as long as fans are provided). There were no fans when we arrived, but Ursula arranged for one to be brought promptly the next morning. Parking is available for free on the street and even during the high season, we never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the apartment. There are two excellent beaches and a swimming pool all a short walk from the apartment. It was really nice to have both the sea and a pool available during our stay. The apartment has a damp issue which leads to a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom closet. For this reason, we avoided using the bedroom closet. However, the bedroom is plenty big enough so we were able to set up our suitcases on the floor. I could see the mold/mildew being a problem for someone with allergies, so perhaps a dehumidifier can help to improve this. Cala San Vicente is a lovely and quiet area. We enjoyed day trips over to Alcudia and Port de Pollenca, but also loved coming back to a quieter and less crowded town. Overall, we had and excellent holiday and would gladly stay here again.

Sehr süße Wohnung mit guter Lage im

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir wollten hauptsächlich wandern gehen dafür war die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit und Cala Sant Vincence ist sehr sehr hübsch, aber hauptsächlich touristisch. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke super. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um kochen zu können. Der einzige Kritik Punkt, die wirklich schlimmen Gerüche aus dem Bad, die gegen Ende der Woche sehr schlimm geworden sind. Mit Tieren hatten wir keine Probleme. Man muss eben mit Essensreste aufpassen da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Funktionale Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss der kleinen Appartmentanlage, was weiter nicht dramatisch ist, nur war es etwas miefig in der Wohnung. Ansonsten ist alles da was man benötigt. Schöne, geräumige Terrasse. Unkomplizierte Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin. Nicht weit zu einem der beiden Strände. Der Pool befindet sich unweit in einer anderen Appartmentanlage, was wir etwas komisch fanden und ihn deshalb nicht genutzt haben.

Apartamento aceptable, con peros.

La llegada no nos fue muy complicada, aunque en el momento de encontrar el apartamento nos hicimos un poco de lío ya que no precisaba si era el del lado derecho o izquierdo El apartamento perfecto, muy bien equipado. Sin embargo, nos llovió un día, y salieron bastante cucarachas en el baño (nos encontramos tramos una grande y varias pequeñitas). Fue un momento bastante feo.

Urlaubshorror mit jeder Menge Kakerlaken

1. Sauberkeit. Haare vom Vormieter im Bad darf man selber entfernen 2. Küche: minimal ausgestattet, Herdplatten defekt, es wird behauptet sie funktionieren, erst nach 2 Von 3 Wochen erfolgt ein Austausch 3.KAKERLAKEN: leider täglich bis zu 20 Kakerlaken im Bad, darunter auch sehr große. Trotz Einsatz des Kammerjägers keine Besserung. 11 Tage lang wurden wir jeden Tag vertröstet, dass das Gift erst wirken muss. Täglich sprühte der Hausmeister das Bad mit Gift voll. Ein Einsatz von Pestiziden( von Frau Hundrich abgestritten von der Hausverwaltung bestätigt) bedeutet im Normalfall eine Rückerstattung von 100% pro verwendetem Reisetag, hierzu später mehr 4. Schimmel: die Wand hinter den Betten komplett verschimmelt, angeblich nur Feuchtigkeitsflecken die nach der Saison renoviert werden. 5. Klimaamlage: komplett verschimmelt, nach Benutzung ein stechender Geruch im ganzen Zimmer. Die Hausverwaltung teilte mit dass eine komplette Schimmelentfernung auf die Schnelle nicht möglich sei. Wir wurden also im Schimmel zurück gelassen, zudem dann auch noch der Geruch des Schimmelsprays kam. 6. Geruch aus dem Abfluss können wir bestätigen. Insgesamt ein Horroraufenthalt. Es gab einen Zeitpunkt, an dem ich telefonisch von Frau Hundrich angewiesen wurde endlich meinen Urlaub zu genießen und mich nicht mehr aufzuregen. Unprofessioneller Umgang mit Problemen. Eine Rückzahlung von unter 50% Erfolgte nach unkooperativen Verhandlungen. Viel zu wenig nach deutschem Reiserecht…

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans ce logement idéalement situé ( proche des magnifiques criques de Cala Sant Vicenç). La terrasse est ombragée et très agréable. Ursula est très réactive et disponible. Très bon contact. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Wunderbare Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Super gelegen, Strand fußläufig, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber auf Deutsch möglich und sehr freundlich. Kinderhochstuhl und Kinderbett standen zur Ankunft nach vorheriger Anfrage bereit. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel während des Aufenthalts. Tolle Terasse mit vielen Palmen und trotzdem herrlich sonnig und Liegen zum Entspannen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!

Aufenthalt

Wir waren bis auf 3 Punkte zufrieden, zum einen kam es immer wieder zu Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Bad! Kakerlaken Fund inclusive!Zum anderen sind die Koch Möglichkeiten sehr beschränkt, die Kochplatten sind nicht wirklich leistungsfähig!Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Gute Wohnung, solide ausgestattet Man ist schnell an Meer, Parkplätze findet man immer. Es ist in der Regel ruhig und angenehm. Sehr hilfreich ist die Klimaanlage.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und haben vor allem die tolle Lage geschätzt. Der leichte muffige Geruch ist durch Lüften und die Klimaanlage kaum wahrnehmbar gewesen, nur jedoch in den Schränken. Die Terrasse war toll.

Schönes einfaches Apartment

Unser Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr angenehm. Die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar und da es zu unserer Reisezeit sehr warm war (Juni) waren wir froh um die Palmen, die auf der Terrasse standen und Schatten spendeten. Genug Sonne zum entspannten liegen war ebenfalls vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Umland! Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer.

Wir konnten in das obere Appartement wechseln. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen schön, toller Blick! Auch das Appartement ist sehr schön mit einer herrlichen, großen Terrasse. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Naja ....

Das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich. Die Fotos entsprachen leider nicht der Realität. An Küchenutensilien mangelte es. Die Terrasse war düster und sehr sonnenarm. Einfachste Reinigungsmittel fehlten. Diese mussten wir erstmal kaufen. Normalerweise in jeder anderen Unterkunft eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir würden dieses Apartment nicht noch einmal mieten.

Un super appartement!

L'appartement de Ursula est idéalement placé à quelques pas de deux plages paradisiaques nichées dans une anse bordée de falaises rocheuses. Il est très spacieux, très propre, tout près de commerces et de chouettes restaurants. Idéal pour des vacances ressourçantes !

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Nordosten

Gut gelegen, etwas wenig Küchenausstattung, man muss viel lüften wegen Feuchtigkeit. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Gutes WLAN. Nette kleine Strände mit sehr teuren Liegen. Strand Alcudia ist aber nah. Alles gut zu erreichen.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Alles in einem ist die Wohnung sehr schön und enthält alles wichtige für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, man kommt super zu Fuß überall hin und der Pool war auch sehr schön. Einziger kleiner Mängel: Die Luft war sehr stockig/schlecht sobald man das Apartment betreten hat, aber wenn man die Tür offen gelassen hat, war das nach ein paar Minuten kein Problem mehr. Außerdem hält man sich zumindest im Sommer auch eher draußen auf, weshalb das für uns kein Problem dargestellt hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
