A spacious two-bedroom home full of cheery decor, a ton of features, and great amenities, this condo is a fun and vibrant choice for your Santa Fe experience. It’s a great big, exciting home away from home with more than a little bit of everything.
The living room is the heart of the home, with an authentic kiva fireplace and a large TV. Stock up on firewood for evenings filled with s’mores, stories, and hearthside cuddling. In the kitchen, you’ll find a full assortment of appliances, lots of cookware, and all the dishes you need. And the dining space offers seating for six at the table with four more at the bar.
For more restful features, head upstairs. There, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, another TV, and an attached bathroom. That bathroom also hides a washer and a dryer, which gives you the chance to handle some laundry during your stay. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Both of the bedrooms have a door that opens onto the condo’s private balcony. Step out and breathe in a lungful of warm desert air or sit down to enjoy your morning coffee in the great outdoors.
There’s a lot more to do than just sit in your condo here in Santa Fe. This vacation rental is located in Fort Marcy Hotel Suites, a nine-acre compound on the hill above the downtown core. The site of the historic fort is right behind the property, including scenic trails that lead around the Cross of the Martyrs landmark down the hill into the shops and sites below. You can also reach Santa Fe Plaza more directly, just five blocks away.
Without having to leave the property, you can enjoy the communal indoor pool and hot tub. Both are located in the main building.
PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds and there is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.
WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
