Backing up to the Santa Fe River Trail, it’s a 20 minute walk to the plaza, or head out the other direction for a convenient morning jog or bike ride.
A 4 minute walk gets you to La Montanita Co-op, Thrive Yoga/Spin, or Betterday Coffee for one of the best lattes and breakfast burritos in town.
Should you decide to relax after a day of adventure, the back yard is spacious and comfortable.

The space:
This beautifully remodeled adobe-style home features 1500 square feet of authentic Santa Fe ambiance. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, Casa del Soul can accommodate 6-7 people, and is perfect for family or friends.
The primary suite has a king bed, separate bathroom, and its own split unit A/C or heater. The yoga room is adjacent to the primary bedroom and can be closed off to the main living space. It is convenient for gear storage or space for a crib.
The other areas of the house have central heat and A/C.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a twin/full bunk bed that can be used for an adult couple, kids bedroom, or room for a young family.
We pride ourselves on being family-friendly so we provide a playpen, high chair, booster seat and kid friendly dinnerware as well as children's games and books.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee pot with both Keurig and drip options. We provide pots, pans, dinnerware, seasonings, oils and condiments if you feel like staying in and cooking a nice dinner.
There are three off-street parking spots, easy and ample on-street parking, and easy access from arriving via any direction without navigating any difficult streets.
Rear, private enclosed yard with plenty of seating rain or shine, outdoor dining table, outdoor couch area, and 4 Adirondack chairs.
We supply high speed internet, and YouTube Live TV so you can catch your favorite game or show. You can always log in with your own Netflix or Prime account.

This home is not pet friendly.
We make few exceptions due to our desire to keep it exceptionally clean and allergen free.
