The beautiful holiday home "Auszeit" with sea view offers a holiday of the extra class for up to 8 people on 160 m² of living space. This house is located 500 m from the beach in Groß Schwansee. It impresses with its high-quality construction and its well-tended garden area.

The vacation home?Out? has 160 m² of living space spread over 3 floors. 8 people can spend a relaxing holiday here, just 500m from the beach. You will find a bright and friendly living area with gas fireplace (TV, DVD player, music system with CD) and with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other accessories for preparing your holiday meals. From there you have direct access to the large furnished terrace. On the ground floor there is a bedroom that is furnished with a double bed and a shower room. The upper floor has 3 further bedrooms (1x double bed and dressing room, 2x 2 single beds that can be pulled out to a double bed). On this level there is also a full bath with shower, bathtub, sauna, vanity and toilet. From the double bedroom and the bathroom you reach the terrace with a beach chair. The play floor (pointed floor) is equipped with a stair gate. Here the little ones can play wildly.  A washing machine and a fridge / freezer are available in the utility room. For the ?Small?  there is a children's cot and a high chair as well as a handcart and various games available free of charge. The house has WiFi. A parking space is located directly at the house.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
