1BR/1BA beachfront condo that has beautiful views of the Gulf from the private balcony and is perfect get-away or for a small family vacation. The balcony is equipped with a patio table and 4 chairs. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. with a sofa and two recliners. The sofa is also a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

You are allowed to park one vehicle. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.*******A parking pass is not included with your reservation. The pass can only be purchased upon arrival at the Coastline Management Desk for $55. ******

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided). A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Amenities of the Phoenix V are second to none. They include a fabulous outdoor pool, a SPLASH PAD, a heated indoor pool, lighted tennis court, half-court basketball court, a racquetball court, fitness center, hot tubs (all located next to the indoor pool), sauna, beach side gazebo and a poolside BBQ/grilling area. *No pets allowed.

While you're here, you can relax and enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches, play golf on one of the 24 courses in the immediate area, charter a deep sea fishing trip, enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, go parasailing, or spend the day shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall! Awesome Stay!

As a first time stay with vrbo I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. We enjoyed it immensely and our toddler had the best time at the pool/splash pad! Our condo was clean had everything we needed and the VIEW 😍. Will most definitely stay again !

10 Days of heaven

We loved the property. Great view. Good location. Well kept. Well furnished. Very very comfortable bed. It may have been user error, but TV was difficult to use and poor channels. Only an issue as we had one rainy day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Overall- the place was fine. Good view of the ocean. Decor was minimal (which we appreciated). Kitchen has all the tools to cook and store food. Bed was ok comfortable but squeaked loudly with any movement. The property has significant construction in the Lobby area, which makes getting in and out very congested and confusing. The internet/wifi was down when we arrived and was down again for over a day while we were there. I had to cancel a client meeting due to this issue. The owner did not communicate about the construction and when I reached out about the internet/wifi issue, the response was that I needed to call the provider. To some degree I get it - onsite person needs to be the one to make the call, but provide that information ahead of time - just like we should have been told about the construction work. Additionally the communication was pretty blunt and not really what I would call “host like”. The bathroom floor was tile and grout was black with dirt. Needs a good grout cleaning. Couch had visible stains on the seat cushions. Bedroom window looks out into the outdoor hallway which is lit 24 hours a day and provides ample light during the night to prevent good sleep. Looks like at one point there were curtains but they are no longer there… The folding door to the laundry fell off the track - which we fixed as best we could with a butter knife as a screw driver since there were no tools. Washer/dryer unit is tiny and very very loud.

Amazing views, perfect location. We did run out of toilet paper at 8 pm…I didn’t realize we only got 1 roll. Not a big deal, but would have bought some while grocery shopping. Just fyi buy tp when doing your grocery run.

A lovely surprise

We had never stayed in a highrise condominium before so not sure if we would like it but this week was so enjoyable. This unit was so clean, lovely furniture, well supplied kitchen and lovely view of the beach. We will definitely return to Orange Beach.

Great Time in Orange Beach

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Everything was very clean. Had a couple questions for the owners and they responded immediately to our questions. I would highly recommend this unit to others.

Long weekend

Stay was great for the price although the service fee and housekeeping fee were more than double the rate. The unit is dated, with peculiar plumbing for the bath/shower. For the price and our purpose it was great. The unit/entire Phoenix V complex needs cosmetic updating—however everything was clean and hospitable.

10/10 would recommend!

On first impression the facility and the unit were very clean and well kept. Check in process was smooth, staff was friendly. The unit met all of our expectations. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The kids loved the little arcade. As for the facility itself, the pools and splash pad were clean. Kids also loved those more than the actual beach lol. I can’t speak for the sauna or fitness room as we didn’t use them. The location is nice as well everything you could need from grocery stores to restaurants are just a short drive away, way better than Gulf Shores in my opinion. Overall I would stay here again.

A Short Getaway

My husband and I take a yearly short getaway and this was a first stay in this condo. It was very clean, relaxing, comfortable and perfect for just us two! Booking was easy, communication with the owners was great, the checking in and out process was great as well!!! We will definitely be back in the future!!!
