This elegant condo has an open-concept living area with a sectional in the living room that converts to a queen bed. Relax and watch a movie on the smart TV next to the fireplace. Or play board games while listening to music on the SONOS sound system. The well-equipped kitchen features quartz counters, a farmhouse sink, and all the cookware and gadgetry a chef could need. A full suite of Viking appliances includes a stainless steel gas range, side-by-side fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A gas grill on the terrace takes cookouts to the next level, and there's plenty of seating to enjoy the view.
Two primary suites with luxurious mattresses and bedding offer lots of light as well as blackout window coverings for ultimate privacy. A gas fireplace invites you into one suite with a smart TV. A double vanity and tiled walk-in shower round out the elegant en suite bath. The second suite has a plush bed and a large full en suite bath with a spacious double vanity.
An in-home washer/dryer, lightning-fast WiFi, bathrobes and bath amenities, Nest smart home thermostat, ceiling fans, and board games are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
