Welcome to Margarita Villa, a 3 bedroom & 3 bath home located in the Villages of Linkside in the wonderful community of Sandestin. Marg Villa is a freshly updated 1700 square foot home sitting on the Links Golf Club with amazing views of Choctawhatchee Bay. We have taken great care in providing our guests with many amenities and luxuries that should be expected in a luxury beach home! With our 6 seat golf cart the beach is only minutes away plus Baytowne Wharf & Grand Boulevard offers many shopping & dining options! Plan your stay now with Margarita Villa!
This is our home not just some rental! We have taken great effort to make it a beautiful and accommodating home for ourselves and our guests! From a new high end Bintelli golf cart to the extra phone chargers throughout the house, we have tried to meet every need and make our guests' stays remarkable.
As such, please also note that this is a very quiet neighborhood which includes many full time residents. If partying and late nights outside are on your agenda then our house likely isn't for you! But if having a peaceful stay surrounded by beautiful grounds and a view of the bay, then Margarita Villa will be perfect!!

Hi & thanks for taking a look at our dream come true, Margarita Villa. We are the Martins from the commonwealth of Kentucky and we are proud to offer our luxurious house for your enjoyment. We have vacationed in Destin area for over 20 years and dreamed of one day having our own house. That dream became a reality in early 2021.
Little about us, we are the proud parents of two great kids and even prouder grandparents of one grandson! We are also dog crazy with a beautiful black labrador retriever and two golden retriever granddogs. We love University Kentucky sports, Cincinnati Reds baseball and being at the beach. Would love to discuss any of the above topics with you!!

We are proud to offer our house for your stay & enjoyment and we have made every effort to make it a glorious experience for all our guests. What makes our house so special besides the great amenities is the location. You will be only a quick 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and you will be able to enjoy the quiet & peaceful neighborhood of Sandestin. No searching for parking or climbing stairs or waiting on elevators. Plus our beautiful patio overlooks the Choctawatchee Bay and offers a grill and sectional for relaxing.
And then there is Sandestin! Shopping & restaurants galore! Restaurants such as Tommy Bahama, Emeril's, PF Chang & Flemings Steaks are the more recognizable names but there are many other great local restaurants. All can be reached on our golf cart in only a couple minutes. Plus the shopping on Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Don't forget about the two pools you can use, fishing, golf, tennis and just enjoying the beauty of Sandestin.
