Our family all lives in Pittsburgh and we spend many of our summer weekends enjoying the sun and fun at Conneaut Lake. We now have a third generation learning to swim, fish, boat, and generally have a blast by the lake!
Why they chose this property
Our family has enjoyed this cottage for over 40 years. We bought this house because it’s right on the lake and offers the best views of the sun setting over the lake.
What makes this property unique
The house is newly renovated the house, with rustic plank flooring in all living areas and new carpet in all the bedrooms. The living room features huge wraparound windows providing a full view of the lake.
The basement “pub” has a central table with stools for for enjoying a late-night (or mid-day) beverage. There’s a leather couch, TV, refrigerator, bathroom, and a foosball table.
The pub door leads out to the lakeside deck and lawn, where you’ll find lounge chairs, a picnic table with umbrella, a propane grill, and a large fire pit.
The private dock extends 60 feet into the lake and features a large patio space at the end, perfect for fishing, watching the boats sail by, or jumping in the lake for a refreshing swim.
