Great ski trip

Property was clean, as expected, and location was great. Family had very nice stay with convenient skiing and water park. Check in was tough because the inside of the lock had frozen so key didn’t go in. The snow/ice got in there somehow and took 30min to chip/take out. Maybe a storm door would help but this is the first time I’ve seen anything like this so likely a one-off.

Overall good, but some small fixes are needed

The property was generally as expected. However, the living room REALLY needs more furniture. Having only a sofa is not enough. The kettle was broken, and the toaster only works on one side. These should be addressed. Also simple things like having salt and pepper (and not just 4 pepper shakers) would be nice. I think the title suggesting there are board games should be either removed, or have more than one board game and some puzzles with missing pieces. Not a dealbreaker, but why say there are board games in the title, when there is only one? The place was clean, quiet, and very well located. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and linens. Overall it was great, but some quick things are still needed.

Wedding stay

I thought that it was well put together with all the dishes and pans and everything that you could ever think of or need in the kitchen. The towels and blankets were well stacked. We enjoyed our stay.

I would stay here again

I loved the placed, and would stay here again. There are only a few small things that are really small. The bathroom fan was always on, the front door key holder was difficult to open (but that's normal in cold weather lodges), I didn't see a cutting board or colander, and the spatula was flimsy. But again, I would definitely stay at the property again without hesitation. I kind of look forward to it.

Great ski-on/ski-off condo with tons of space

I went up to the condo with a group of friends (14 total) for a long ski weekend from Weds-Sun. We rented out both unit A and unit B, and we had an awesome time! Going into the stay, I was a bit concerned with not having enough space due to the number of people coming, but having both units was perfect, and we had plenty of space for hanging out and plenty of beds. The highlight of the trip was the ski-on/ski-off access to Jay Peak. Being able to wake up late and not have to deal with the hectic lodge was perfect! Members of our group who didn't want to stay out for a whole day were able to split off and finish off the day hanging in the condo. Overall, we had an amazing time and would love to come back!

Has potential

The unit is situated very close to the Grammy Jay Trail for a true ski in and ski out experience. It was also very clean. However, there are a few issues. First, the unit is below grade so you kind of feel like you are in a basement when you are there. The hot water needs to be upgraded. On three different occasions the showers were very cold which is not what you're hoping for on a cold January day. The exhaust fan in the guest bath ran 24/7 that is close to the only TV is loud and annoying. It's on a timer for some reason but the timer is clearly not programmed correctly. One half of the toaster does not work. The master bath shower door needs to be repaired. There is a missing roller so it doesn't slide. The TV was not a Roku as advertised but it did have cable but no streaming capability. So much for binge watching. It is also rather small and the only one in the unit. Board games? One old and tattered monopoly game and one little kid game. Also, had an odd collection of videos and a couple of books. There was virtually zero welcoming information about the resort. A couple of things that would've been nice to know. One, you can ski down the Grammy Jay without a lift ticket. Hop on the lift at the bottom of the trail and take it over to the Tram Haus to buy your ticket. Took us two days of driving over to the lodge before we figured that out. Second, there is an on-demand shuttle you can call that will take you to various parts of the resort. One day our car couldn't make it up the steep and icy road so, we thought we were kind of stuck in the unit that day. Could've called a shuttle but didn't know about it. When I booked this unit, I was a little leery as there were only two scant reviews to rely on. Maybe the owners are new at renting the place. They look like nice people from the family photos hanging in the living room. Sorry, but that was kind of weird. Overall, it was fine but with a few repairs, upgrades and a little information, it could've been much better.
