This oceanfront home away from home features a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Hardwood, carpet, and tile adorn the floors.
This corner getaway has a wraparound balcony overlooking the beach and the added bonus of views from the Back Bay. This beach home has one bed, two queen beds, and one double bed with a trundle. There are TVs in all bedrooms and a 40-inch HDTV in the living room. A library of books, DVDs, and games have been provided for times when you may be seeking cooler indoor activities. For your added convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer. We also include access to our large garage storage unit.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
