Sunset Thrille is one of the few two-level penthouses at The Sanctuary—a top-floor, four-bedroom condo offering stunning views, lovely furnishings, updated electronics, and two primary suites. Marvel at breathtaking sunsets each evening from one of the two spacious private balconies.
The open floor plan includes a well-appointed kitchen equipped with the latest tools, featuring GE stainless steel appliances, a double coffee pot, a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and a blender, all complemented by granite countertops and ceramic floors. Enjoy ample dining space at the granite bar and the large dining table.
The living room boasts a new sectional sofa with plenty of room for evening relaxation, along with a 52-inch HD cable TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo with semi-surround sound. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the spectacular sunset views while enjoying the new lounge furniture.
The upstairs primary suite features a four-poster bed, sliding glass doors that open to its own private balcony, a 32-inch HD cable TV with a DVD player, and a luxurious private bathroom complete with an all-granite walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. The additional bedrooms are equipped with TVs and either private bathrooms or convenient access to a hall bathroom.
The Sanctuary offers excellent on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which features a children’s playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as ample public parking for unexpected visitors. Just down the road, explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and abundant hiking trails.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
