Ocean Getaway offers up a perfect vacation location with quick and easy access to the beach. This second-floor condo has great views of the ocean. This condo boasts a jetted bathtub in the primary bedroom that will help soothe and relax you after a fun-filled day in the sun. An outdoor dining set on one of the two balconies allows you to enjoy ocean breezes while sipping your morning coffee or dining on fresh local seafood and produce from the local markets. In addition to standard appliances and central air conditioning, Ocean Getaway has three TVs, two DVD players, and free WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

NYE Getaway

Nice place with a great location, just one block to the ocean! Not a lot to do in the area, and the closest full grocery store is about 20 minutes away, but seclusion is nice for the most part. The kitchen table needs a light over it, but other than that, lovely property.

Perfect for the Price

Plenty of space and amenities. Great location; close to the beach and quiet. Place was clean, but the rugs could use a good shampoo once in a while and the balcony should be swept between guests.

Wish it was longer

Everything was great, just wished the pool was open and the BBQ was available. Other than that are stay was great. Will tell family and friends and can't wait to do it again next April/May but for longer . See you then.

Sandbridge Stay

We definitely enjoyed our stay here in Sandbridge. Though it was off season the weather cooperated. The unit was large and worked well for the four of us. We found the listing description to be accurate and were surprised at the size of the living, dining and kitchen area which was very open and with a view of the ocean. We were visiting family in the Virginia Beach area and would definitely stay here again.

A family get away

The bathroom lol and the location the fact u can’t hear anyone above below or anything around u is great and u don’t have to walk. Far to the beach or pool u r able to see some what of the ocean The balcony was nasty the beds was a little hard but manageable couch wasn’t to bad overall yes I would stay again it’s a pleasant place and enjoy the location

Clean, Quiet, Spacious!

Our experience renting through Vacasa was great. The process was easy, the condo was clean and spacious, and the level of communication was just right — not too much, not too little. We also loved the perks of having linens and towels included in the rental, as well as dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, mini shampoos and conditioners, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap provided! Much appreciated! All of that makes a vacation even more special.
