This fully remodeled 1-bedroom beachview villa on the 2nd floor offers stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style, this 518-square-foot retreat accommodates up to 4 guests, making it an ideal getaway for couples, small families, or friends seeking the perfect Hilton Head Island escape.

Perfect!

We couldn’t have been more pleased than we were with this condo. Older complex but the condo has been renovated and is very nice. Perfect location and the included bikes makes it easy to get around. Meg was very informative and helpful. We definitely will be staying here again!

HHI Getaway

We came to HHI for a weekend wedding and to have a little beach time as well. This property was great for my wife and I! The easy beach access and the included bicycles were a real plus for us. The property was convenient to many things and the bicycles were in great working order and a lot of fun to ride on the beach. The location was in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Overall, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this location again.

Cozy beach location

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. Clean, cozy condo directly on the water, great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Morning sunrises absolutely amazing. Wonderful Decor and So Close to the Beach! Walkable shops & eats!

Turtle Watch was everything I hoped for. I absolutely loved the decor of the house- the bedding, art work, figurines, etc., but I especially loved the shower tile work! The owners communicated well and the information given helped out tremendously. I loved that Meg & Don left recommendations for local restaurants- we enjoyed The Sandbar, Poseidon, Carolina Coffee & Crumbs- all AMAZING! The villa was literally a short, short walk to the beach and you can even walk to the Piggly Wiggly from Turtle Watch if you need some groceries. Hilton Head in general was a beautiful area with lots of trees and well kept buildings. I would recommend this VRBO location to anyone visiting South Carolina. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Hilton Head Sea Side

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was extremely clean. It had everything you would need for a beach stay. The condo uses its space to the fullest. There are many outlets and drawers. We love that it's right on the beach so we can just walk out and enjoy. Meg was in contact with us before our stay to give us tips. The check in and check out process was so easy. This will be our new go to condo in Hilton Head. I appreciate Meg being so kind and thoughful.

Great spot!

The main reason we stayed here was the proximity to the beach and to the Coligny Plaza area. It is so nice to be just minutes away from the beach, even when walking there with two young kids! The space was very clean. There were some leftover crumbs and dirty dishes in the cupboard but everything else was spotless! The hosts were extremely organized, helpful and communicative which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!
