Our lovingly renovated and modern pool house is located in a quiet residential area in Venice Gardens.
It is equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a spacious living and dining area. Internet with WLAN is available as well as new flat screen TV with cable connection in the living room and in the master bedroom.
In the spacious pool area there is an outdoor kitchen with a 5-burner gas grill.
The pool and spa are NOT heated.
The beaches of Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, Manasota Beach and Sharkys can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Numerous shopping and shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity.

Tastefully decorated and very clean

It was a great location for us! Love being close to Venice the pool and hot tub was beautiful and lthe lanai was very comfortable, although we need to come back when the weather is a little bit warmer to be able to use the hot tub. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We hope to return soon!

Peaceful Paradise in Venice

The home is exactly as pictured. We loved the pool and lanai. The sound of the waterfall was so soothing. Perfect spot for a BBQ and outdoor living. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The owners have put a great deal of thought into creating an oasis for a relaxing vacation. Communication was very easy with the owners. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed staying at the house in Venice Gardens. The community was quiet and seemed safe. The house is really nice and tastefully decorated. The pool is great and convenient with 2 different doors from the dining room and the master bedroom. Checkin was easy and the managing contact, Elke, was quick to respond and extremely helpful. We recommend staying here when in the Venice area.

Schönste Ecke von Florida

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. 10 Minuten von Nokomis Beach entfernt. Dem schönsten Strand Floridas. Wir haben sehr viele Tiere gesehen. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Temperatur. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Venice

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern 3,5 und 1 Jahr in das Haus von Eugen und Manuela gereist. Das Haus ist einem super Zustand! Gute Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber mit einfacher Kommunikation. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Only negative comment I have are: The pool was not recently chlorinated The inside temp of 78 is pretty ridiculous. It was SO uncomfortable sleeping at night. And the mattress in the master bedroom so almost as old as me it seemed and gave me a pretty uncomfortable back most mornings.

Elegant inrett och välutrustat hus

Mycket fräscht hus med elegant inredning. Välutrustat kök. Trevlig uteplats med pool och jacuzzi samt utekök. God tillgång till tillbehör för strand och bad. Allt nytt och fräscht. Nära till fina sandstränder och golfbanor.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Poolbereich

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Ausstattung, Handtücher sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Beach-Equipment (Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, etc.) ist ebenfalls da. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Poolbereich und einen großen Außengrill. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, gute Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaus mit warmen Pool

Erfahren in US-Reisen sind wir, 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene, absolut begeistert vom Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Venice: sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, toller Pool und ... das Beste... eine Outdoorkitchen. Dazu sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Florida Tranquility Home.

We loved the spacious home. The house was very clean. We had a couple of issues but the homeowner took care of things in a timely manner. We will be renting the house again. Neighborhood is very quiet. The location is great to get to numerous beaches within several minutes. We used the outside grill every night. The fence around yard makes the pool area very private, where we spent a lot of our time. We have been to Venice before and this is the nicest home so far. We are content with renting this home every year. No need to look elsewhere when you have this peaceful home.
