Cozy, renovated house for optimal rest
This wooden house, built with love, stands out from the crowd in Dalmatia, especially with its blue color. On the ground floor there is the renovated kitchen with dishwasher and oven, living area and a brand new bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony which offers a beautiful view of the area. a toilet is also upstairs. The terrace on the ground floor is partially covered and has a brick barbecue, the ideal place for convivial evenings or for a relaxing glass of wine in the middle of the idyll the property has to offer. The plot is very spacious with 750 m "and completely fenced. The planting offers maximum privacy on the property. TV with PayTv and Internet offer entertainment, the ground floor is also equipped with air conditioning in case it should be too warm despite the good insulation.
