At the foot of the Biokovo Mountains, 2 km from the sea and beautiful beaches, you will find here pure relaxation for you and your family. The entire house is bright, open and flooded with light and offers spacious views of the sea and the mountains.

With 3 bedrooms with king-size double beds and 3 en-suite bathrooms, the modern villa offers every imaginable comfort for 6 + 2 persons.

Three spacious and modernly equipped bedrooms offer luxury living, including Flat TV. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and each have their own terrace. The bathrooms each have a large shower, toilet, vanities, soaps and towels. Children up to 15 years can be accommodated in two extra beds in one of the bedrooms.

The living area on the ground floor is divided into kitchen with dining area and the living room. A guest toilet is also available. The fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, such as an automatic coffee machine to the fridge-freezer, a large central dining, and a dining table for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children up to15 years). The living room with sea views, bright and modern, with a comfortable couch and large satellite TV invites you to chill out. All rooms are air conditioned. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.

From the dining area leads to the large terrace with Weber grill, lounge furniture to chill, and the 140cm deep, 24sqm pool, equipped with a counter-current system. Sun loungers and umbrellas offer bathing fun and relaxation in a perfect ambience. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the deep blue Adriatic Sea and spectacular sunsets.

The exterior of the house is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. The house offers a garage and ample parking.
