About this property

Time to decompress! Welcome to your little piece of paradise in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Oceanfront condo. Enjoy your morning beverage on the balcony watching the sunrise and keep an eye out for the Dolphins making one of their daily swims. Fabulous Ocean views from every room except the bathroom.

Spacious open living area has plenty of space for everyone to gather. Large dining table and counter seating, couch with pull out sofa bed, loveseat and recliner (very comfy). Owners’ suite with private full bath and access to main balcony, two additional bedrooms with access to second balcony and second full bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen including small appliances and a pantry. No need to worry about linens and towels, they are provided!

Peaceful and relaxing

The unit was clean and had a wonderful view of the beach. Communication with the host was great very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful view with all the amenities and a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay for my daughter's wedding held at St Regis. The host was very responsive to our questions. The unit was super clean and had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. Nice comfortable beds and furniture. The ocean view was one of the best out of the other untits I've seen. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful first trip to North Topsail Island!

Renting this condo through VRBO with the owners was seamless. They offered information prior to our trip, including some recommendations in the area. The condo was clean and well appointed. We were impressed with all of the pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc in the kitchen. It made whipping up dinner after a day at the beach a breeze. The view from the balconywas breathtaking! My family greatly enjoyed the pool, cabana and beach shop at St. Regis. It may have been our first trip, but I don't think it will be our last!
